My AC stopped working, and I called them. They came out the same day and were extremely professional. Lee did a fantastic job explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it. The price was fair, and he even followed up the next morning when we had a small issue.

AC went out and he came over the same day. Lee was very friendly and did a great job of explaining everything that he was doing. He gave us a very fair price. There was a leak later, and he came back the next morning and immediately took care of it.

Lee is AMAZING he came out to check our A Coils because another servicer from another company told us that they were filthy. Upon opening the unit Lee informed us that coils and fins were immaculately clean and he could tell we changed our filters regularly. He didn’t charge us for a cleaning and was amazingly honest. He informed us what the real problem was (the vents) and told us how to get some temporary relief. He also offered to come back when it was cooler to get into our attic and fix the vent leak. I truly appreciate Lee’s honesty, empathy and work ethic! I have included photos of our clean unit! Thanks so much!!

Mr. Simpson is really great! I really appreciate him and his knowledgeable expertise! Mr. Simpson had no idea what was wrong with my system at first but after extensive research on his part, he called me back the next day and told exactly what was wrong. Once we ordered the part from HVAC servicemen Mr. Lee installed the part and charged me a VERY nominal fee!! Extremely satisfied!
