Even though this business charged me significantly more than several others with whom I spoke, once the differences were explained, it was worth every penny. They really are full service and make sure that the job is done properly and thoroughly--no shortcuts. If you really want it done right, rather then just bare bones without a real inspection, please consider these folks.

I just wanted to schedule a simple dryer vent cleaning—nothing complicated, nothing out of the ordinary. Instead, I was routed to a call center where I had to provide my name, address, email, and who knows what else before even getting to the scheduling part. The whole process felt unnecessarily intimidating and complicated.

On top of that, they want me to pay $49 just for someone to come out and then tell me the actual price? No way! Why not just be upfront about costs instead of making customers jump through hoops?

I was hoping for a straightforward experience, but this was anything but. If scheduling is this frustrating, I can only imagine what the actual service is like. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Brian and all the other technicians are wonderful! They are very kind, knowledgable, and try and be as flexible as they can to accommodate your needs. Very efficient and affordable work done. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs vent work done.

Fast turnaround, quick and helpful service, better price than other similar services

Scheduling online was fast and easy; technician was friendly; but that's where the good experience stopped. They charge $49 as a trip charge (not waivable if you do the service with them), which I have now learned is unusual in the market. Also, their pricing is obscenely expensive - $369 to clean "over 6 feet with a vacuum" (per their estimated), which, per the technician should take just 30 minutes (equivalent to an hourly rate of $738 an hour). I reluctantly paid the $49 trip fee, and went with another highly rated company which charges half the price, no trip fee, and offers the same service. The other company also correctly pointed out that Dryer Vent Wizard identified the wrong vent (a bathroom fan vent) for the work - completely unacceptable. The other company now has a customer for life.

If you are reading this review, I would keep looking. There are much better alternatives out there.

Didn’t have a very good experience; the guy didn’t connect the dryer fan correctly causing a mayor damage in the basement. The clean was very expensive and on top of that I had to call a different company to fix it again.
