Excellent service, arrived early, performed a thorough inspection, explained the recommended service and completed the job quickly. Very professional organization and service.

This couldn’t have been easier. I made an appointment online for the next day at 8:00am, they called the next day to confirm, showed up, and did their thing. Chris came to my place and was very professional and helpful.

I paid $550 to cleaning a dryer vent and to replace a hose.

Justin was punctual nice and knowledgeable about his work.He worked extremely hard to get system installed and agreed to return to make sure the system was running correctly when the dryer is installed.

Bladen was great. He discovered some hidden ductwork that didn’t meet the residential building code (and was a fire hazard). He was upfront about what needed to be done to fix it and came back promptly to do the work.

Showed up on time. Explained what they were going to do based on inspection and made recommendations for improvements on my venting. No surprises. I was long overdue and and had a red reading so needed it badly. i can now take worrying about a house fire from a clogged and dirty dryer vent off my worry list. I already set a reminder to call them back out in 2 years. The cost was considerably higher than I expected but should be less next time as they changed the roof vent and a connection at the dryer. Still…worth it if it saves me a house fire.

Justin at DryerVentWizard was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had another company come out twice to clean our dryer vent, and they weren’t able to fix the issue, but when Justin came by, he identified the issue within minutes and had it corrected within an hour. We were also able to get scheduled within two days of the making the appointment, and everyone I spoke to was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely use them again next time!

Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out quickly! They gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment and service person called to let me know when he was on his way. The entire process was very efficient. We’ll use them again for the next dryer vent cleaning!

Could not have had a better experience with Vent Wizard! Christian let me know he was on his way, and arrived early. I thought all I needed was my vent cleaned, but turns out the reason for my lint buildup had to do with the shape of the vent pipe (whoever built our house in the 90’s cut every corner they could!). Within an hour, he had the correct pipe installed and cleaned out my lint trap. Christian was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient— and the price was incredibly reasonable! I highly suggest to anyone who needs their vents cleaned to contact Vent Wizard!
