Bob and staff are NOT Quality! After contracting them to renovate my pool after a tornado damaged it, they did a terrible job, poor quality plaster (rocks & nails in it), not responsive to fix problems with poor quality equipment installed. I wish I had not trusted them and could get them to return and fix the problems,

If you own soild wood, vintage or heirloom items I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. If you own cheap items you don't mind getting damaged or replacing you'll probably be fine. I was with this company 2-3 mo on a bi weekly cleaning schedule. Over that time they broke a lamp a jar of honey and the VERY LAST STRAW a soild oak vintage secretary's desk. For those unfamiliar with the item the front opens down held by chains not hinges. I came home to both chains broken links in the middle and the front broken completely off. I wasn't even informed! I reached out via text and email including pictures as well as thier internal system of rate the service heard NOTHING from the company no solutions offered no i'm sorry nothing. These maids are obviously incredibly rough and quick and are constantly damaging antique furniture in my home. I refuse to put up with that when I'm paying AND tipping. They also have not shown up for scheduled service without communication. Also I was paying for premium cleaning every two weeks, and was finding mildew in the corners of my shower. I had a great experience with Two Maids. They did the Deluxe Clean, and I am so happy with the results. Our framed pictures, base boards and all the nooks and crannies that don't get reached with our normal cleaning showed great attention to detail. They did an excellent job cleaning, they were very thorough, they called before our appointment to go over the service, they showed up on time, and they completed our whole house in a timely fashion. I was totality satisfied with the work and skill of the two men that responded. the work was completed in the time frame given by Mike. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any gutter work.

They don’t install it correctly when mine fell dow they blamed the builder . Why didn’t was it properly inspected before it was installed . Than they wanted money again which is not in line with the 10 year unconditional installation warranty. My old one stayed on for twenty five years . The reason for replacement was it was dented by the hailstorm in 2016 September. And I thought because they give you a 10 year warranty it will last at least that much more . The owner is a liar and crooked . It’s never their fault . If it was the builders fault why did it stay on for 25 years . Be careful very careful. Get someone else

Dallas Gutter Installed oversized gutters on my house in 1999 and no matter how big the rainstorm - if they are clean - they never overflow.

I have used Dallas Gutter for cleaning and repair over the last 15 years and they are outstanding.

dallas gutter removed my old gutters and installed new ones with leaf guards. they did a great job. with a great clean up. very fair price. ask for kevin for an estimate. would recommend them to all.

The work was fine. And the guy that came out to give us our bid was knowledgeable.

However, their poor communication and organization as well as their disgusting follow up from Becky (shame on you!), the office manager, leads us to warn anyone from doing business with this company going forward. Horrible, Horrible customer service.

We got a bid and we agreed to the work. We were told a scheduler would contact us. We waited for awhile and after no contact, my husband reached back out. No response. Well, one day, a crew showed up and performed the work while my husband was out of town. To be honest, we may not even have noticed, had I not been home.

They did not leave an invoice, nor mail an invoice. Well, fast forward a few weeks, and my husband was checking his junk mail, and there was an email from a completely different point of contact threatening to put a lien on our home!!!! No prior phone calls to see if we got it, no mailed invoice, no email from the point of contact that would have not gone to the junk email. How about you do a better job communicating / invoicing your customers?
