We have engaged Luis’s services several times over the years, to keep our inside and outside windows and outdoor hard surfaces clean and sparkling. Luis is always responsive, his rates are reasonable and he is completely trustworthy inside the home. Him and his crew (usually family members) always turn up on time, are respectful, professional and do a tremendous job.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and Luis! Going on 3 years using him for gutter cleaning & inside/outside window cleaning. He is very good at his work, communication, quoting, and multiple payment type option offerings (including Venmo)! Highly recommend this company!!! Fair pricing and honest. He will never try to upsell you or tell you something you don’t need. Highly highly recommend! Book him!

Highly recommend Neat N Elite Window and Gutter Cleaning !! During the gutter cleaning the team discovered that the gutters on the east side of our home weren’t installed properly and have not been draining since they were installed 5 years ago !!! Now thanks to Luis and his team fixing our gutters, I have functioning gutters which are as clean and as effective as they should have been 5 years ago !! I’ve attached before and after photos.
