Honestly disappointed… scheduled a carpet cleaning for a new home we moved into and the previous owners had turned off the water (my bad!) was charged a $70 cancellation, which I’ll own that. But was told by the technician that if I scheduled within the week, that charge would go toward the carpet cleaning… (btw, it does not) So, Then re-scheduled that week, and was not informed that they would not be doing any carpet cleanings due to the weather (it was raining) I had to call twice to find out that they cancelled my appointment and they scheduled me for the next day within a 2 hour block, then proceeded to show up an hour and a half later. They didn’t clean the carpet in the master closet, and instead suggested I call and schedule a house clean with them…. At least the carpet they didn’t clean looks nice.
