Donnie the owner and Master Plumber of Leak Chasers Plumbing is always prompt and professional. He quickly resolved the gas hot water issue. Their work was efficient and reliable, leaving everything running perfectly and safely.

We contacted Leak Chasers because we needed our gas turned on. We were notified by the Atmos and the city that we needed to have a master plumber do an inspection and get a permit before they could come out and give a green tag to allow for service. We had been dealing with so many companies not responding or would respond but then constantly reschedule us and when we contacted Leak Chasers they were able to stop by on a Saturday and give us the rundown of the process since it was new for us. By Monday we paid the deposit and they came out and began the first part and after waiting for the city to approve the permit (which they handled) we were able to have the city inspection done by Friday and pass! We're thankful to Donnie and Keesha and team for helping us out through all this because dealing with the city is stressful enough. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing services I may need in the future!
