Matthew did an incredible job! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go up into the attic to double-check what needed to be done. The service was professional and thorough. I will definitely use these guys again!

Happy with the services Jonathan Obryant, plumbing technician, provided. He fixed the issues, explained the root issues, answered long-held questions I had because the previous owner didn’t include such info. He was educational with explanations, listened effectively, kind and considerate of my property and situation. He shared reasonable future expectations and advised on preventive tactics. We had a HVAC condensate drain line clog that would not clear with vinegar/hot water/vacuum. BillyGo scheduled a tech I can for the same day and was very communicative. The technician Mark came and was very professional. He called to discuss the issue and option as I was not home, but my wife was. He was very respectful of our home and worked diligently. I would gladly use their services again.

Troy did an outstanding job! Upon arrival he noticed the disconnect box was missing pieces (removed/stolen). He replaced the missing pieces and also did a very thorough inspection of both my heating and cooling systems. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained his findings. He’s an excellent technician and I highly recommend him

I actually had never heard of this company but needed some foundation repairs done and that company hooked me up with BillyGo. I couldn’t be happier. All the techs were super nice, especially Jerry!! I love that they cleaned up after themselves so well that it doesn’t look like they dug any holes!!!
Turned out I had a water leak and sewer leak most likely caused by our recent freeze. What this means is $$$!

Turned out both leaks were isolated and easily accessible. I got lucky n both respects…..the leaks easily fixed and a company that shared in my pain and then my joy!!!
If you want an honest review for your plumbing issues, I highly suggest calling these guys. I know I will!!!

Britton is very efficient, polite and friendly. He’s always on time, the Billy Go office communicates well and we’re consistently happy with their quality work. (Old house so we’ve had a variety of issues, but we’ve never had to call back for a return problem.)

I would not recommend this company at all. They charged me over $200 for what turned out to be a terrible job that didn’t even fix the problem.
They showed up, used an electric drill to “clear” the drain in literally three minutes, basically just pushed the clog further down the pipe. They charged $200+ for that useless three-minute drill session. The drain is still slow/clogged now, so I had to call a different, more honest plumber who actually took the time to snake it properly, grab the blockage with a tool, and pull everything out. That second company finally fixed it completely.
On top of that:

• I mentioned the kitchen faucet had very low water flow.
• They immediately said “Oh, that’s because of the government flow restrictor – we can remove it for $70.”
• I thought it must be something complicated, so I agreed.
• They unscrewed it in under one minute and charged the full $70 anyway. total 4, charged 280

Save your money and avoid this company. Find a plumber who actually diagnoses the problem properly, shows you what they pulled out, and doesn’t rush through 3-minute “fixes” at insane prices. Very disappointing and feels like a rip-off.

Hukill’s Project Manager, Blake, is excellent to work with because he answers phone calls immediately and answers questions knowledgeably. His crew replaced the hot water system for Spanish Gardens condominiums. It was a complicated installation. He found water leaks on the city side and called the city that responded quickly. They removed and replaced pressure reducer valves at two water meters for the complex. Installed eight commercial grade tankless hot water heaters and one 200 gallon holding tank. If you have never seen a set up like this, it is complicated, and time-consuming. His crew works well together with congeniality and respect. As the property manager for Spanish Gardens, I did not have a worry of improper or unprofessional behavior while on property. Restoring an older property with its many broken pipes takes patience.. Shaun checked on water pressure on a Sunday and made an adjustment which was beyond the job contract. We are deeply appreciative for their attention to our project..
