Eric was efficient and he explained his work regarding the water leak. The warranty is good. Response time was excellent. I absolutely recommend.

Keith Morris always does a good job. He's always reliable and I'll wait until he s available to address any issues I have. They all do a good job with phone calls and texting to keep you informed of the status of everything.

Adam the master plumber is very thorough, great at explaining what he's doing and why he recommends what he recommends. He was friendly and let me observe every step of the way. His attention to detail was above and beyond. He cleaned up after his work, and had a wonderful attitude. He was a delight to work with.

The problem was diagnosed and work was done quickly. The technicians were great and cleaned up after they finished the job. They were courteous and communicated professionally.

Jerry from BillyGo said he couldn’t in good conscience recommend spending over $10k on a fix for a phantom problem. Another contractor with 4.9 stars on Google was trying to do exactly that. We need more experience and honesty from these shops. I’m not sure which one was missing from the other guys, but glad we got a second opinion for my mother’s house!

To create value, you need your customers to have the absolute certainty that their problem will be fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost by an expert in the field.
This is exactly what Troy did. He explained the problem in an easy-to-follow and clear manner, never tried to upsell anything, and was able to convey his logic for troubleshooting the situation in a way that made me feel reassured that everything would be taken care of.

Great experience! The plumber Matthew Mathis did an excellent job fixing the issue with the tub spout. He was professional, on time, and clearly explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed. The repair was done quickly and everything works perfectly now. We have the maintenance plan that includes an AC check before summer and a heater check for winter. Our tech was so friendly and knowledgeable explaining everything he did and why and offering advice on how to safeguard our unit. I appreciate the ease of scheduling with BillyGo. When Jerry arrived to access our plumbing situation he first looked at our tankless your team installed 5 years ago. Apparently a vent had come loose which was causing issues that I wasn’t aware of. That didn’t fix the issue we called about but that was a bonus to get that fixed easily. Jerry went above and beyond to help us replace the hot and cold cartridges on the bathtub. The hot one was bad so we figured we should replace both. Everything is working as expected now. Thank you again for the ease of scheduling, good technicians and quick service turnaround.
