Plumbing reviews in Dallas, Texas

I have a maintenance plan. I booked an appointment in September 2025 for 11/05/25. I received an email around 11.15 am stating the appointment needed to be rescheduled due to emergencies. This company does not offer a window of time.
The appointment was rescheduled for 11/10/25.
The technician completed the check.
Report stated 2 year system. All electrical components are operating as intended by manufacturing spec. Air filter replaced. Pan treatment applied.Coil is clean. UV lamp operating as it should. Surge protector active.
I received a text today stating there additional recommendations for the unit for a repair package for $398.
I declined to speak with a supervisor. At this point I do not trust this company and have cancelled my maintenance plan. -
I had Jakob come out here and fix my AC unit. He was great! Very polite and respectful!
-
Max came out to do some work on our air conductors, etc. He was very knowledgable of the work & equipment. He explained things in a way I could understand. Well worth it! He was also on time & worked efficiently.

The membership is a scam. They constantly move your maintenance appointments, if they do show, they push for costly repairs. Brand new unit that they installed 4 years ago and they say it needs thousands in upkeep… I’ve been asking for the membership to be cancelled for MONTHS and I’m continually charged even though i’ve continually reached out and was promised multiple times it was taken care of. Be warned….

Love the family plan! They installed our heat and air system about 2 years ago and with the family plan they inspect our system every 6 months. Saul and his service partner came out today! It was a joy to work with both young men. If you are looking for great reliable service just call Rescue air and plumbing.

Austin Foster was the technician that serviced my two HVAC units today. He was Awesome! Courteous, friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

I've called Rescue Plumbing a couple of times over the past year for different plumbing repairs. Both times Philip B. came to my Rescue. Both times he was efficient, polite, friendly, and accommodating (he had no objection to wearing a mask inside my home). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me good advice I didn't even know I needed. He's good at making a stressful situation a pleasant encounter.

My tech Joe was amazing! He is a pleasure to work with and always helps me fully understand the issue and how Rescue Air can solve it!

Victor from Rescue Air did such a great job taking care of multiple issues we had. He was polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up, and was efficient. Thanks!!

Jose was extremely thorough and provided me multiple options for improvement in my system. Would recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs.
My dog was also very fond him!!! -
Max came to do a routine maintenance on our heating system and was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was also able to give recommendations for what may be needed in the future. Great company and employees.

Saul did a thorough inspection, communicated clearly, and provided clear recommendations. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and I enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Dylan did an excellent job addressing our plumbing issues and truly saved us from what could have been a future disaster. He was extremely diligent, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process.

I asked for an air duct cleaning Price and what I got was a $12,000 estimate to replace every bit of my ductwork. I called to get an explanation and nobody called me back. I had to call again. It took three days to get somebody to call me back and then it was Jeff said he was a service advisor and that they do not work with hard pipe ductwork The only thing they can do is replace it. I don’t have airflow issues. I just wanted my ductwork cleaned. This is crazy. I’ve never heard anything like this before. Of course it’s their company policy. Poor communication, outrageous. Estimates I don’t know. I’ll never do business with them ever again I do not recommend them. I think it’s a rip off

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after what I’ve experienced with Rescue Air and Plumbing, I feel a responsibility to speak up.
I paid nearly $20,000 for a high-end Lennox system just a few years ago and signed up for their maintenance plan. Despite that, the outdoor unit shows clear signs of neglect and appears to have never been properly cleaned.
When the system failed, they first told me it was the circuit board. Later, they said it was the compressor — which is still under Lennox’s warranty. Instead of honoring that, they quoted me over $3,600 to replace it, claiming they’re a “flat rate” company. In my opinion, that’s a convenient excuse to charge whatever they want, regardless of the warranty.
They showed no urgency, offered no real resolution, and I was left with no air conditioning for weeks. I ultimately had to bring in another Lennox-authorized company that handled the repair properly at a standard hourly labor rate — no inflated pricing, no games.
In my opinion, Rescue Air and Plumbing prioritizes profits over customer care and has no interest in honoring basic warranty responsibilities. I’ll be sharing this experience wherever I can so others don’t go through what I did. Buyer beware. -
Derrick and Joe J were prompt courteous and got the job done.
I am dissappointed however that we were charged more than $450 to replace the damper actuator motor assembly. As Derrick noted, the failure of the Aprilaire assembly was not the motor, but the Aprilaire flex link belt (see attached photo). I have since ordered this part as it was identified as the most common failure for this mechanism. A pack of 5 belts cost $25. I’m fine with paying for labor, but i do feel Rescue Air should stock these parts, and offer them to customers as a lower cost alternate to complete mechanism replacement. -
I have always had great experiences with Rescue Air and that continued on a recent visit by Josh who did a great on a routine inspection and maintenance! I highly recommend Rescue Air for HVAC and plumbing services!

Technician Joe Jones came out to inspect water coming out of the overflow pipe from the HVAC. He found that somehow the pvc fitting for the drain pipe had broken off in the unit, but he was able to replace it quickly. Appreciate them coming out same day even though it meant stopping by pretty late.

Rescue Air and Plumbing has helped me multiple times with HVAC and plumbing issues. Never a good time when those things go wrong.
Victor came and helped with a challenging plumbing issue and was professional, quick, explained things well, cleaned up after, and did a great job. Would recommend Victor and Rescue Air and Plumbing to anyone! -
Phenomenal service. Eric (our technician), Jeff, and Joe (service advisors) were all very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and it was easy to tell that they each knew what they were talking about without being confusing or misleading.
I’ve had several HVAC techs out from different companies, and Eric was the first to gain my confidence.
UPDATE: Ended up calling them out again when an unrelated part gave up the ghost, and bought a whole new system - Derrik came out to evaluate and confirm our suspicions that our 20 year old furnace was just limping along. Installation was professional and quick, and we haven’t had any issues in the 2 weeks since we’ve been using it. Edward and Chava did a great install and educated us on the new system, and Dean came out to make sure we were satisfied, everything was performing well, and all our questions were answered.
A+ service, all around. -
Derrick was knowledgeable and explained recommendations add-ons thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy in any recommendation but laid out the pros on having added surge protector to our HVAC unit. Very professional and detailed.
