Jay did an excellent job at our home today. He was very thorough and very comprehensive during his review of our home and didn’t leave any stone unturned and took the time to explain his approach and what he was looking to identify.

I felt very comfortable and trusting in his approach. While we found a couple of things to tackle, Jay was able to fix our issues and support us with a couple of other questions which we really appreciated his insight on.

The phone support and scheduling with Dallas Plumbing was also easy and supplied kind service. Thank you!

Jay is so awesome! He diagnosed the issue quickly and he completed the work really fast. He even let me watch and learn. He gave me good tips on how to maintain my system. I highly recommend Jay for any plumbing issues you may have.

Micheal came by on short notice to check on our furnace. He could have tried to sell me a new unit but instead, he did a great job trouble shooting and teaching me what was actually causing my heat to not come on. I will definitely have his company back for any checkups or needs for ac or plumbing in the future. Great team member with excellent customer service. The happiest I’ve ever been paying for a service!

We called Dallas Plumbing to update our 40+year old water line valves under our masterbath double sinks so I could install new sink hardware. Our technician, Erik, was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently. He.explained various options and helped me on “DIY” faucet install.

Amazing service from start to finish! My AC wasn’t working properly and Chris came out and took care of everything. He was extremely friendly, polite, and professional the entire time. He explained what the issue was in a way that was easy to understand, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.
My AC is working great now with zero issues it’s cooling faster and running smoother than before. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treats you with respect. Excellent experience and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I have received, especially given the significant amount I paid for it. I invested over $18,000 with your company and, with that, expected a much higher standard of customer service and accountability than what was provided.
I had my gas lines replaced and when I went to cook for the first time a couple of days after the work had been done, there was an explosion. My pants were singed, and in my cabinet under the stove was on fire. I didn't know what to do so I called the company.
I was then troubled by how their representative spoke to me when I was attempting to explain a serious safety issue and escalate the matter to Mr. Evans. This was not a minor concern. The situation could have ended very badly.
I had scheduled an appointment for the water heater, before there was an issue with my stove. When they came out only addressed the heater, took pics of under my stove. I sent an email to the district manager but had not heard anything back from him until I reached out again. Then he asked me when would be convenient for them to come out? That date is tomorrow 01/31/26. I have not received a confirmation or anything saying what they are going to do. I called this morning through the scheduler. I did not reach out to Mr. Evans as for his tone was not customer service friendly. I reasonably expected that all related issues would be addressed on Tues when they came out. I guess starting a fire due to a gas line not being tightened is not a big deal.
The stove issue will be a week old tomorrow, so it nor were the damages that were caused have been addressed in any way. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of the situation and the level of service I paid for.
Also I tried to use the company email that was listen on the website but got the message the address was not good.
The only good thing I have to say about them is the rep Angel that came out in the beginning.

A very nice young man, Michael, came to do a complimentary check of my heating system and he did way more than any other company has done in the past, and it was FREE! He took photos of everything he did and we went over them together so I would understand what had been done or if anything needed to be done.
He thoroughly explained their service contract when I asked him about it and it was a very good deal.
The lady that runs the office called me to tell me when he was due to arrive and she was very pleasant and friendly when I spoke with her.
I highly recommend this company.

Konstantine and Bradley were fantastic! We had a great experience! They made the entire process of getting my new kitchen sink installed seamless. At the initial service call, I felt that the information I was given was honest and fair. Everything was explained clearly and I was told exactly what was needed. I think that’s always the scariest part of getting any service done is the fear of being taken advantage of. They showed up on time, kept me up to date on the progress, covered all my floors, wore shoe covers the whole time, and clean up after themselves. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I struggled through a month of cold weather due to a heater problem, but when I called Berkeys, they were so kind and resolved it right away. Thanks to them, I can finally enjoy a warm winter. I’m truly grateful

Berkey's Asher & Jake worked very hard doing an amazing and thorough install upstairs of 2 new 50 gallon water heaters . They were very professional & careful from start to finish including a great clean up. I was really impressed with both men and the high quality of knowledge and workmanship. The price was very competitive & fair compared to the other 2 quotes including online. They also had the very best and longest 12 year parts & labor Warranty from Berkey's. I have used them before with an electrical issue and they were just as competent, and efficient with that too. They are really capable, fair and excellent at what they do.

2022 HVAC system, 4 visits, still not repaired

System installed July 2022.
Four service visits with no resolution.
Fifth visit scheduled—no call, no technician.
Had to call myself to learn parts weren’t in.
Still waiting in February without heat.

Professional knowledgeable polite friendly. Job was done quickly. Bathroom shower was not working and he knew what to do. I want him for my forever plumber.

Super thorough. Even though I got this service in a Black Friday special they did not short change. Very knowledgeable. Five stars to the business and Kimball the technician.

Christian of Berkeys A/C is the best Technician I have to work on my unit. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Christian has great attention to detail. He answered all my questions and explained every step of the troubleshooting process. I trust Christian to be our Technician now and in the future.

Very professional, friendly, great customer service. However… the pricing was outrageous. They make you agree to a full electrical inspection $433, find the problem within ten minutes (and don’t do the rest of said inspection) and it’s an easy fix but still charge the full amount… I was really excited about this company but I can’t afford to use them again.

Nick was very kind. Cover his shoes whenever he entered the home. Explained everything to my understanding showed me pictures and gave me detailed information about my AC unit.

I've become a real fan of Berkeys! I've used them for plumbing and electric in the past with great results. That's why I called them this time when my water main broke near the meter. Theodis from Berkeys just finished repairing it. He rocked it! Great customer service. He designed a fix that is better than new and tested it to be sure! Thanks Theodis and thanks Berkeys!
