I was in need of same-day plumbing service, and when another plumber couldn’t get me in, they actually recommended Public Service Plumbers—which says a lot! I’m so glad they did, because Taylor was fantastic. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind to me and my pets. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He checked in throughout the process and kept my mind at ease the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for better service—highly recommend Taylor and Public Service Plumbers!

Gabriel was prompt and professional. Not only did he do great work, but he showed me every step of the process. I couldn’t recommend both Gabriel, and Public Service Plumbers more and plan to use them indefinitely.

Tony was very informative in which way to go with our new hot water service, either tank or tankless and that helped me to make the decision we went with, so much so, I asked for him to be the installer of our two 50 gallon hot water tank service.

Tony and his colleague did an excellent job with the installation and we are very pleased with our new upgraded hot water service in our home!

Jason arrived as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and soft spoken. The installation looks great and he kept things clean. He had to do some extra stuff to bringvthe old house up to code.

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we spent an entire weekend trying to fix it ourselves, only to realize it was beyond repair. By Monday, after three days without water and a broken cold water inlet on top of it, we were completely overwhelmed. The plumber we’d used before couldn’t come until the next day, and we simply couldn’t go another day without water.

Tony was professional, courteous, and communicated everything clearly. He explained exactly what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and the pricing felt completely fair.

Kyle saved the day. He cleared two very clogged drains quickly and efficiently. He’s responsive, on time, and truly knows what he’s doing.
