Excellent communication booking the appointment and also from the plumbers after they saw what needed to be done. I really appreciate the skill and knowledge they brought to the job. And they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I will definitely use them again.

Called for minor plumbing and ac maintenance, they were actually in area so they were able to come same day. Technician was awesome. Had to leave to get necessary needs , I was still charged intial quote. I see this as for the consumer and not a money grab. Hooper Plumbing and Ac are greatly recommended for honest work and getting the job done.

Hooper Plumbing has been my go to for years here in Dallas. They are reliable and never overly costly. I just moved to CO and already have plumbing issues and wish Hooper was here to take care of my needs.

I’ve used Hooper before with good results but this time they charged $500+ for simply changing out the internals of two toilets. I could buy brand new toilets (with kits already installed) for less. Seemed very excessive.

We had Hooper Plumbing to fix a faucet in the bathtub that was leaking in the master bathroom on May 6. On May 7, 2025, my wife turned the hot water on to take a bath. The hot water in the tub was running full force, uncontrollably. We called Hooper Plumbing, and they came out in about 45 minutes. Different technicians came from Hooper Plumbing on this call. They got the water stopped and said that they would return the next day (May 8) and replace the faucet part. They said that the previous technicians from Hooper had ruined the part when they put it in. I talked to Mr. Hooper to ask that he refund part of our money ( $200 the first time and $359 the second time. Mr. Hooper refused to refund any money The total cost was $409.95). He said that his technicians had not ruined the part. He said that his technicians were lying, and the faucet had debris in it. He never visited my home to inspect the faucet. They did replace the part on May 8. Both the hot and the cold water faucets were leaking by May 17. There was on need to call Hooper Plumbing again; they could not fix it in three visits.

We called Baker Brothers Plumbing. They fixed both faucets on the first visit. Their charge was $295.65. If you have any plumbing problems, do not call Hooper Plumbing. This is our first and last time to use Hooper Plumbing. What a horrible experience! The owner of Hooper Plumbing was very ugly to me.

Hooper is great. They were able to come within an hour after I called. They fixed a problem 2 other firms couldn’t.

Cameron and Clayton were punctual, professional, and precise. Will call Hooper again for plumbing needs!

The guys that came out were very respectful and did their job in completely fixing the flapper and the water valve but were ridiculously overpriced. Use another company and save $200 by using someone else!

Came promptly and got right to work on the unit outside. Found part that wasn’t working in minutes and put in new one. I have an older model not and was worried repair would be very expensive- it wasn’t. Will definitely be using them again and suggesting them to friends

Extremely disappointed in the level of service! Had a leak in my water meter that needing fixing, Eric came out next day and fixed it, but left us with a giant mess of sod thrown on top. Not only that, come to find out a couple weeks later when my grass starts turning brown that in the process, he chopped up some of my drip irrigation lines. When I called to see if they could rectify the situation, I was met with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to charge me (more than my landscaper would). He acknowledged that he noticed the lines but thought they were "scraps." Needless to say I will never do service with them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Our builder recommended him to me, and I will be sure the builder knows of how we were treated, so that our neighbors don't have to deal with the same regret.

Amazing service! They arrived within two hours of my initial phone call, Were transparent with pricing, and most importantly, solve the issue! Would highly recommend.

Cameron did great job getting my broken water pipe fixed. Work was done in a timely manner. Brenda was very courteous and coordinated the job beautifully.

These guys are great! Efficient and easy to schedule. We had our tankless water heater descaled and they were here, all of 35 minutes, and DONE ✅ we recommend to our neighbors.

I called Hooper for a 2nd opinion and they found the issue with-in 10 minutes.
The entire cost was $289 for everything. My jaw dropped at the price difference.
Jonny and Preston looked for a solution and not to make money.
If I have any Plumbing issues I am asking for these guys because they do care and aren’t looking to make an easy dollar. They made a customer for life today !!! Thank you Hooper Plumbing you saved my wallet a big hit.
