We have used Hooper Plumbing & AC on several occasions for both the AC and plumbing services. The service has been thorough and professional each time. Having worked with several of their service reps I can honestly say we have never been disappointed. All have been gracious and kind. Definitely recommend Hooper’s for any AC & Plumbing needs.

Sent two techs to replace bathroom sink p-trap and sink stopper. One tech stood around and did nothing. Said they didn’t have part to replace stopper so would have to order from their supply house. The left with sink disassembled and unusable. Approximately two months after the service call I still hadn’t heard anything, nothing, no follow up/status email or phone call about the part supposedly ordered from their supply house until I receive an email with a service call invoice, but still nothing about the part or when they would schedule some to fix the sink. Poor service, poor communication, poor follow up, poor everything. Will never use again,

We had 2 bids done before they came out and they (Hooper) inspected the site better and gave a more honest approach to the job. They gave me 2 scenarios, the good and the bad…. They did a thorough inspection instead of randomly saying some large number for a job!
Luckily our job was the good scenario and they were able to fix in 1 day.
I have used this company for HVAC and now a repair for a gas leak.

It’s a devastating experience to have the air-conditioning system go out during this hot Texas summer! Hooper Plumbing and Air-Conditioning came to my rescue and I can honestly say, “They are THE BEST”!

It’s scary how many things can cause an air-conditioning system to fail, but Juan and Vincent were spot- on to methodically diagnose the problem and get repairs done as quickly as possible. Hooper Plumbing and Air will treat you like family. As Vincent left my house, he commented that he would never want his mother to be without air-conditioning. He even scheduled a no- charge service call 5 days later to swing by my house and recheck the system to MAKE SURE the system was running properly. That’s a company that sincerely cares about their customers!

Hooper Air and Plumbing is a very nice company and luckily was able to get an early morning appointment. They installed my air conditioner several years ago and I continue to use and recommend them.

I received an estimate from Hooper Plumber to reinstall a few faucets, a garbage disposal, and a Culligan filter. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The plumbers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly. Everything was installed perfectly and worked flawlessly afterward.

They did a great job two years in a row flushing my tankless water heater.

Great, quick service. Not inexpensive, but quick and very nice plumbing specialist. Quick getting to my house and also got the job done quickly.

Overall a good experience. From what I can tell the plumbing job they did for me was good. They diagnosed it right away and that was a big plus for me. The only chinks in the armor were 1. I called them twice and had a busy signal twice. Almost gave up on them. If it weren't for another company not following up, I would not have re-contacted Hooper. I also would have liked a better explanation on the day of repair as to exactly what and how it was done . It was on the invoice but I had questions.

I had a great experience using Hooper. They did an AC tune up and cleaned out my tankless water heaters. The technicians were helpful and explained exactly what they were going to do. I’ll be using them again for my annual tune ups.

I’ve used Hooper for around 30 years now and never had a bad experience. There’s something to be said for family/locally owned. The staff remains constant, they are professional, and always pleasant. They care and do an amazing job.
