Ricky Cervantes was beyond excellent! He listened, gave me multiple options, provided detailed explanations, provided master service in a timely manner. Beyond that Ricky was compassionate and understanding to my unique circumstances, and my "vintage" plumbing. Thank you Ricky!

Jake provided excellent service and arrived as promised. Very professional and performed survey of the water system. He had to go purchase a part because the one he had on the truck would work but it would work differently. I definitely appreciated that. He took the time to walk through everything with me and answer all my questions. I would recommend Milestone and Jake in particular for plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and very honest. They did incredible work for a very reasonable price. Cesar the Plumber was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won’t be using anyone other than Milestone in the future.

I wanted to use a $72 coupon I received for a system check and was happy with the technician Hugo Delarosa. He looked over everything, tested it, confirmed information about unit...and I felt he did a comprehensive review to prepare me for the hot Texas summer coming up.

James was professional, efficient, and patient while answering all of our questions. He presented video to show us the issues, and he thoroughly explained the benefits of each option provided to us - Another great experience with Milestone.

Manny installed two outdoor faucets for me and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and everything was installed cleanly and professionally. The lines are solid, no leaks, and the finish looks great.

It’s hard to find tradespeople who take pride in their work — Manny clearly does. I’d hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time.

Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called Oncor, and they confirmed that one of the lugs in our meter box was going bad - and even worse, the wires were starting to melt together.

Since Milestone had already done great work at our home before with a major HVAC ductwork project, we called them again to take a look. They came out on Monday, got us scheduled for Thursday, and did a big repair on our meter box, main panel, and sub panel.

JB and Stephen were amazing from start to finish. They made sure everything was working perfectly, wore shoe covers to keep things clean, and took the time to answer all my questions. This is exactly the kind of top-notch service I’ve come to expect from Milestone, and they delivered once again.

Was it expensive? Yeah, but for the professionalism, quality, and peace of mind Milestone provides, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

First time using Milestine Electric, A/C,
Plumbing Dec 2025. A technician, Mr.Garza was very profesdional, polite, friend, and took his time explain his inspection of our 26 year old system. He gave options on some things that needed to be address.
He also gave the pros and cons of each option so we could make a good decision on what we needed to do.

I'm one of those customers who asks many questions, and have high expectations on services and products that is purchased.
From the first call to schedule the appointment all the way through the inspection of our system was an excellent experience.

Side note, my neighbor uses Milestone, and is very pleased withem also.

I highly recommend Milestone for your electric, a/c, hesting, and plumbing needs.

I have had two technicians from milestone out to my house to assess some problems and price out the work. Ricardo did my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, and Jesus inspected my water heater and slow faucets. These two men were professional, personable, on time, and left written quotes with options before they left. I appreciate the professionalism and high quality, and perhaps paid more for it, but dependability is everything. One company can send people in all of the trades.

Clayton from Milestone came out to do a room temperature service. He was great! Was very educational, thorough and very honest with solutions that offered flexibility to keep our rooms comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Clayton come back out

Tyler with Milestone Electric, AC, & Plumbing came out today to replace a rusted AC pan, unclog the drains, and service our unit. He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. He even took a video to show us the before and after aspects of the repair. Tyler removed all the old parts and took them with him, so I didn't have to dispose of anything. He left all areas he worked in clean and tidy. He was professional and courteous. He even wore plastic covers over his shoes when indoors. I was happy with the service and highly recommend Milestone (and Tyler) for your next job!

Wayne came to my house early to take care of my plumbing issues, their was a sewage build up and a horrible odor in my kitchen. He did a thorough and professional job. He was courteous, professional and provided great information about the pipes under my house. He encouraged me to use BioOne which I purchased last year. I haven't opened the bottle, I was afraid to. Wayne said that it's safe. So, I'll take his word for it. I'm so grateful for Milestone having representatives/employees like Wayne. He was prompt, professional and thorough. Thank you so much Wayne for your exceptional work!!

I had what seemed to be a small problem. After I agreed to the quote, the job turned out to be much more difficult. Specifically my kitchen 3 pole lighting system has to be redone from scratch. Clint and his assistant were very professional and completed the job at the quoted price despite it being 105 degrees outside. Great work. They installed additional accessories panels for a junction box that had been walked in and was hidden, rewired 4 light switches to allow two sets of two to work independently. This was a project I was dreading for sometime and had tried to do myself unsuccessfully. I really appreciate how quick they were able to respond as I called at 9 am and they were here by 11 am. However they did leave a large hole in my drywall which I suspect is because they were electricians and not drywall experts. Fortunately, this is a hiccup I can resolve with little effort.

Overall great service from Milestone. Everything from scheduling to invoicing was seamless. Their techs are also provided with good equipment.

Jonathan Almanza was the technician that worked on my house to fix a drain clog. The guy is awesome . He's very professional and knows what he's doing. What I liked was that he didn't rush the job. He spent the necessary time to figure out the root cause. He cleared the line, gave me the video and provided a thorough written assessment for my insurance. All for a great price. He was also kind enough to answer some questions about a renovation I was planning.

I highly recommend Jonathan and Milestone!

Jeremy and his apprentice showed up early and stayed until the job was completed. They replaced the water heater and brought it up to current code. They hauled away the trash and cleaned up afterwards. A quality job by a couple of pros! Well done gents!

I had all the ductwork cleaned throughout my house, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Brodin and the other technician was professional, explained the process, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. The house smells fresher, and airflow has noticeably improved. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I'm writing this review out of significant disappointment with Milestone and the AC unit they installed. My AC unit, installed by Milestone in 2017, recently experienced an evaporator coil failure and is leaking refrigerant. This is incredibly frustrating, as the unit is less than 10 years old.

Even more concerning is the warranty issue. Despite what I understood to be a 10-year warranty, both the manufacturer and Milestone are refusing to honor it, claiming the warranty was only 5 years because I am not the original homeowner. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since I have diligently paid Milestone to maintain this system since I moved into my home.

Milestone's only proposed solution is a full replacement, but I'm hesitant to put the same manufacturer's unit back in my home when the previous one failed within 10 years. This experience has left me questioning the quality of the products Milestone installs and their commitment to their customers, even those who consistently use their maintenance services. I expected better longevity from an AC unit and better support from a company I've trusted with my home's HVAC system.

Had a another company stop by the home to access my HVAC, stated I had several problems. Immediately called Milestone, Terrance Johnson surveyed my system found no issues, not even the supply ducts. He change my filter, checked on my warranty and left me with peace of mind regarding my system. Was glad to spend the $129.00 diagnostic rather than the $1895.00 I was quoted. Thanks Milestone and Terrance you all did great.

Nolan was great!! He was knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in locating and getting me a working power outlet to an outdoor sump pump. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Milestone Electric! Our service technician, Neil Miles, was extremely professional, prompt, and communicated clearly before arriving. He was friendly and took the time to make sure our light fixture was fixed properly, addressing everything that was needed without rushing. Neil also provided helpful quotes for future lighting projects we’re considering and explained a membership plan that can save us money on future services, which we really appreciated. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and awesome company—highly recommend!
