Best experience with a plumbing company ever. Queen came quickly, did a thorough inspection, and advised us on what was needed.
Then came back when she said she would and took care of the major issue we had.
Her prices are reasonable and she even followed up a week after to see if we had any issues.

I had an issue with this company which was addressed immediately by the owner and resolved. I appreciated the fact he addressed my concerns and understood where I was coming from. While I never enjoy having an issue, I did respect the fact I received a call and was listened to.

A/C went out a few weeks after my daughter was born. Called them a little late in the day, said they might be able to come out, closet guy was in grand prairie.. Ater I told them my situation they immediately had him come my way and fixed within 15mins. Awesome guy and cheap fix. Thank you.

And it was a very good price as well!! They are the real deal!!

Really like these guys. Unlike other firms which I have used, I don't feel UM ever tries to "up sell" what is not needed. The mechanics are on time, knowledgeable and fix the problem. I use them for both HVAC and plumbing and could not be happier.

Destroyed my apartment and overcharged me 125 dollars an hour for 6 hours of work when they only worked 4, terrible service and abusive charges. 80 dollars plus tax just to show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars. My bill was $1035 dollars for a plumber to show for 4 hours all they had to do was stop a small leak
