Both installers were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Removal of the old and installation of the new water heater in the attic took only one hour from time of their arrival.

One of the best service experiences I have ever received. Blue and his associate were outstanding. Your company scores a 15 out of 10. The team is professional, informative and extremely courteous.

Horrible experience. Charged $8.5k for 2 tankless installs. They have ZERO experience with Rinnai. Took 4 visits, claimed the units were defective twice, had to remove and reinstall, ruined our walls, then used a wood plank to cover it. We had to get a different company to reinstall the units properly and redo all the pipes. No accountability for their work, not sure why Home Depot will risk their reputation recommending this company!

Ari Gonzalez did an excellent job installing my toilet. He was polite, quick and did an excellent job cleaning up. I recommend Home Depot and Same Day Water Heaters for jobs like this.

We used Same Day Water Heaters to replace 3 toilets in our home we purchased through Home Depot. They were very accommodating with scheduling and made the process extremely easy. The plumber who came out for the replacement was kind and efficient! When he arrived, I was on a work call and only had a few moments to give him instructions. By the time I got up to check on him, he was already done and everything was installed perfectly as I described. He even answered some questions I had about converting to a tankless water heater.
The company also called after to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great experience overall!

Kevin Sr. and Kevin Jr. were freaking awesome, total lifesavers. What incredible service. It's too bad I won't have to replace my water heater in a very long time, I'd come back to them in a heartbeat. Don't overthink it, this is a great experience and you'll be going through Home Depot. You won't have any regrets picking them.

We noticed our 12 year old water heater leaking on Wednesday night around 8:30pm, looked online at Home Depot and picked one out then sent a request for install via their website. I was contacted by 9:00pm, and had the new one installed *so professionally* by 11:00am the next morning. And we live in Cleburne! The Addison location did everything including the delivery and gave us a $75 discount. I couldn't be more happy! The technician was outstanding. Thank you, Same Day Water Heaters. Truly.

Fast service from Home Depot's plumbing contractor! The plumber was very efficient, even having to go get a necessary part to finish the project. He also diagnosed another problem we have. Now I am waiting for a bid for that job!

I was very pleased with the installation of faucet and garbage disposal by Eduardo Herrera yesterday. He was professional and cordial. He gave explanations on what he was doing. He cleaned up afterwards. I felt comfortable with him being in my home.

Great company as they are only as good as the employees. Seth came out at 8 pm and quickly diagnosed my gas leak . He had me taken care of in less than 20 min. Thank you same day and thank you Seth. Amazing work and customer service skills.

Jose has done an awesome job disconnecting the toilet bowl and cleaned very well after completing the task. SDWH may want to add the word plumbing to their name. I would recommend Jose/SDWH anyone I care about. Good job team.

Seth was great - prompt and efficient. Unfortunately it was scheduling and dispatch with SDWH that was really painful and they had me wait all day yesterday to only let me let me know at the end - there was a scheduling mistake and no one would be coming. I had to call them 5 times…frustrating but glad Seth made it out today to take care of me. Lastly - why are the parts for the drain spout made from plastic since there is flame that will compromise it ?? The replacement spout is made of brass but cost me $299 to replace

Prompt, dependable, friendly, paid attention to detail, went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the install, clean up was superb! I highly recommend Same Day and Greg McNulty and will call them again with any plumbing needs!

Not a good experience! The plumber had the rather simple job of reconnecting the drain plumbing to a new sink and also install a new faucet. For whatever reason this guy could not seem to connect the PVC from the P-trap to the main drain line without it leaking. After a number of attempts he ended up gluing the pipes together. Not good. Then he installed the new faucet and failed to install the gasket under the faucet. He did so on the two hot/cold handles but not on the faucet. So now when water get splashed up on the counter around the faucet the water runs down under the sink into the cabinet. What a mess. Total incompetence. Now I need to pay $10 plus shipping to order a gasket, then DIY the reinstall of the faucet. Makes me wonder why the guy refused to leave the box the faucet came in even when I asked him to leave it. Avoid Same Day Water Heaters if you want a true professional plumbing job. (Tried to add photos but Google keeps giving me an error even though they comply with their requirements.)

UPDATE: SDWH did offer to pay for the gasket and to send a different "licensed" plumber to fix the botched install. I declined telling them I will fix it myself, which I did. However, the story did not end there. By chance I was looking under the sink just after washing my hands and happened to notice bubbles where the drain tailpiece joins the p-trap. After further inspection I found that the plumber had simply slipped a 1 1/2 inch pipe over the 1 1/4 inch drain tailpiece. So it was not secured and flopped around on the smaller pipe. So, if the pipe were to become clogged the water would rise up and flow out of the top of the pipe flooding my vanity. I called SDWH and told them what I found and they offered to send out a "licensed" plumber to fix it. I insisted they not send the same plumber that screwed up the initial install and they agreed. Well, they lied, when the plumber called and said he was on his way, I recognized his voice and name and asked if he was the plumber that did the initial install and he said he thinks he did. I told him don't bother coming out. In the end I ended up buying a new 1 1/4 inch pipe and reduction washers to join it to the 1 1/2 inch p-trap and it's now securely connected as it should have been. SDWH is a joke.
