Excellent, fast work. Decker did a great job. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and completed to my satisfaction. The only negative thing I can say is that the additional costs for code compliance items can be a little pricey, but even with those costs, the overall install costs was very reasonable and less than other quotes I received.

Installed Navien tankless water heater in Aug 2025. The unit had a broken front panel screen. After couple of back and forth, Brendon (Operations Manager) called and scheduled the tech visit. Mark the technician came out and replaced the screen cover. Satisfied with after install support.

Celerino did a great job installing a replacement garbage disposal. He was quick and efficient, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He also did a good job cleaning up everything after the job was done. I also appreciated the fact that he first did some troubleshooting to make sure there really was a problem with the old garbage disposal in case I really didn't need the new one and could return it; however, it was definitely dead and needed to be replaced. The price for this using a Home Depot installer was definitely more reasonable than if I had used a local plumbing company.
