I discovered a leak after looking at my water bill. After initialing telling me they couldn’t get a plumber to my house until the following day after having a drain guy already out there, they called me back and said they could get a plumber out to me that evening before a storm rolled in, which would have made the flooding in my yard a disaster if they hadn’t. Robert came, diagnosed the problem, got a part, and stopped the flooding, providing me with next steps and helpful hints. Yes, I paid for after-hours service but I’m very grateful for the responsiveness of Robert and the Roto-Rooter team…and for Angelique with dispatch for finding me someone to come out that evening.

Roto-Rooter came at a no cost estimate and sent Jose in about an hour. He was very professional and courteous and was able to communicate with us in English and Spanish for me and my husband. He gave excellent service and was very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service despite circumstances of the problem. He held solve our issue and we are happy it includes a video at a later time of our pipes.
