In this day and age where it's hard to find reliable service technicians that won't price-gouge you, it's nice to find a trustworthy company like Double M Plumbing. They repaired my outside ducts which was causing flooding in my unit. The technicians detected the issue quickly and presented me some options. And the price they quoted was very fair given the amount of work involved. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a slab leak at our house so had to get someone out here ASAP and Double M Plumbing made the process much easier than I expected. They found the problem fast with their equipment, gave me a price up front, and finished the repair quickly. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Russell and Juan of Double M Plumbing did a great job installing a new guest bathroom faucet along with new supply lines and stops/valves with the faucet all at a reasonable price. Definitely will be using these folks again when needed.

It’s so hard to find plumbers that are actually reliable these days. Russell is always on time and friendly whenever we need something fixed at the house. My husband and I got referred to them a few years ago and they have been our go to ever since!

Was recommended by a property manager in the area and had a plumber come out and replace two of our faucets at one of my rental houses in Garland. The plumber was nice, quick and left things clean for the tenants most importantly of all

Had them come out and do a sewer line replacement in Lake Highlands. They were all so courteous and had great attitudes, much more than other Dallas plumbers I’ve had come out over the past few years. Not to mention, they also did a terrific job. This is the type of business where you can just tell they do right by their customers

We bought a house a couple years ago and the plumbing situation went downhill from there. We were referred to Double M from our neighbors and we’ve had them come out a few times: once for a tub leaking into our crawlspace, then our drain for the washer backflowing into our garage, and most recently to rough in our new vanities and tubs in the bathrooms. Kevin has been out most of those times we’ve called. He’s easy to talk with and always explains things clearly. Scheduling with Stormi is always smooth and communication is clear for when the plumbers will be showing up.

Called the office and Stormi got Russell on the schedule to come out to our house in Lake Highlands to look at our shower because the water pressure has been horrible for months. I honestly thought we were going to need to replace the whole thing. He took the time to show me what was going on inside the valve and why it was happening. It luckily turned out to be just built up junk in there and not some huge expensive thing. He cleaned it out, put everything back together, and the pressure is like brand new. He never made me feel like he was in a rush to get out and was the most patient a plumber has ever been with me. Double M knows how to do things the right way and have earned me as a customer moving forward!

Russell and Alex came out install a new tankless system when our old tank finally died. We’re in Frisco and had three different companies quote it and Double M was the only one who explained the venting and gas requirements clearly. The install looks super professional, we learned how to use the digital panel and pressure/temperature are perfect throughout the house. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We’ve used Double M probably four or five times at this point. Kevin’s usually the one who comes out and he always does very solid work. He fixed a toilet for us, swapped out a hose bib, and helped unclog our kitchen drain. Every time we get scheduled fast and Kevin’s ETA is always accurate. They’re a professional company and I’ve never had one problem with them. They’re even nice with my two dogs whenever they’re here and I definitely feel like I can trust them in my home

I highly recommend Double M! I originally used them for a toilet repair at my home and they were so attentive, honest and didn’t oversell. . As a woman I have been misled in the last and lied to about issues that didn’t exist to make a sale . I had a previous plumber come out and told me so many things were wrong and that wasn’t the case. I own a business as well and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I live in Lakewood and my kitchen sink was backing up constantly. Other companies had come out, ran a quick snake, and the clog would return within a week or two. Double M actually scoped the line, showed me the grease buildup in the pipe, and cleared it properly.

The plumber also taught me what not put down the disposal which was extremely helpful. It’s been two months and I haven’t had any issues at all since.

We’ve been calling Double M for everything plumbing related since we moved into our house in Heath. Our neighbors actually knew Danny and recommended them and I’m so glad they did. Kevin has helped us a few things including installing new garbage disposal, fixing a dripping shower and also replacing some old valves in the laundry room. He’s a laid back plumber and has done a great job explaining everything to us each time he’s here. Stormi handles all the scheduling and he’s been incredibly flexible with us, especially when we’ve had to juggle appointments around work calls and other life stuff that has come up from time to time. They’re my go to and I highly recommend they be yours too
