Their team was professional and timely, and they were able to resolve my problem on the same day that I called to make an appointment. However, I must mention that the cost of their service was a bit higher，the hourly rate for diagnosis was $369 instead of the advertised $99 on their website. Additionally, I was charged $950 for a simple T-joint replacement. I would advise anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential costs involved and to clarify any pricing discrepancies before proceeding with the work.

Technician Jesse was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. Communicated the problem and possible solutions and got it done quickly. Asked if I had any questions multiple times. company communicated well from time of schedule through reminders through arrival time, etc. fair price great work.

We received a 45 min call ahead, Steve was very helpful and quick to resolve our issue. If we need you again we’ll be asking for him!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup were quick to get to the house and quick to clear up our main sewage line. It took 1 hour in total from the phone call to clearing the pipe.
