Not just your average “two plumbers and a truck” business. We unfortunately had a slab leak at our house in Carrollton so I called the number listed on Google. The receptionist was super nice and worked with my busy schedule to figure out the best time for their guys to come out and get the job done. The guys that came were super courteous and did their best to keep things clean given how messy of a job it. Highly recommend calling them for bigger projects like this!

Our master shower at our townhome in Plano had been dripping for months and we kept putting it off because dealing with plumbers is normally an overpriced nightmare. I assumed it was going to be expensive and complicated, but Double M Plumbing made it way too easy. The tech replaced the internal cartridge, reseated the trim, and checked the water pressure throughout the house while he was there. The best part was that Russell was in and out in under an hour.

Russel and Alex did a great job fixing our sink. They were quick and professional. They also answered several plumbing questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a water line break in our yard and everything was beginning to flood. A neighbor of ours recommended Double M Plumbing and said they had been using them for years. I called and they were able to make it out surprisingly fast then dug it up, swapped the pipe and had the water back on by the end of the day, which ended up being past 6pm for them. We really appreciated them staying so late! It's tough to find plumbers that care so much these days.

I have been a customer for over 16 years and am always extremely satisfied with the work they do! I'm very picky and I've never been disappointed in their work or how they treat my home. Kevin and Alex did a terrific job for us today. They were very thorough and professional and made it a point to clean up the area of my house they were working on and leave it cleaner than when they arrived. Kevin explained what caused my drain to be leaking and how he was going to repair it to make sure I was ok with everything. He double checked everything and helped me better understand how to avoid this happening again.

We’ve had Russell out to our house in Plano a few different times now for a leaky shutoff valve, water heater issues and a toilet issues. He’s always on time and I genuinely trust these guys in my house which has always been my biggest concern with plumbers. The issue gets fixed every single time and I’ve never had to call them back once. They all just seem like really good and honest people

Russell and Alex came to our house today to fix an old leaking outside faucet. As is usual for Double M employees, they were punctual, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They needed to remove some bricks to do the job, and as Russell promised, even the brick work looks better than it did before!

Had a toilet that became stopped up and frozen water cutoff valve. Called Double M hoping they could send someone to fix. Russell showed up within 20 minutes of my call and had the problem resolved. I have used Double M Plumbing for over 15 years and have had excellent service… Professional, timely, courteous, affordable. I highly recommend Double M for any of your plumbing needs.

Our toilet in the guest bathroom kept running and occasionally overflowing. We heard about Double M from a neighbor who had been using them for decades and they didn’t disappoint! The tech took everything apart, cleaned the valve seats, replaced the internal parts, and made sure everything was seated properly instead of just swapping parts. It’s extremely difficult to find this level of communication and quality from a plumbing business that isn’t trying to rip you off these days

Our water heater stopped working the night before family was coming into town. I had a great experience with Double M earlier this year so I gave them a call again and they sent Russell and Juan to our house the next morning. They gave us options and got the new one installed and everything has been perfect since. They were so professional throughout the process. We were so stressed and their calmness helped keep us calm. For anyone in Lakewood or Dallas in general, I cannot recommend them enough. 5 starts, 10 out of 10, however you want to put it… they’re the absolute best

Double M Plumbing has provided service to this 70 year old home for over 30 years and two generations. It requires a special skill set of experience, knowledge, and skilled plumbers to maintain the original plumbing on a house this old.
Russel and Alex were prompt and prepared to conduct a replacement in less than two hours. They even devised a hoist mechanism on the spot to lift the heater to its 5 foot perch in the garage.

Would highly recommend Double M! I had a leaking water heater in our garage in North Dallas and called Double M Plumbing after seeing them recommended in a local Facebook group. They answered immediately, sent someone out in just a couple hours, and the plumber took the time to show me exactly where the tank had failed and why it needed to be replaced. He gave me multiple options and didn’t pressure me throughout the process. They installed a new heater that afternoon and cleaned everything like they were never here.

Double M Plumbing did a great job installing our hot water heater. They gave me a fair price over the phone and did the job for that price. Their plumbers were very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to correct a venting issue. They were also great about cleaning up during and after the job. We will be using them again for our plumbing needs.
