Today I had a very bad experience with their driver. They were driving at very high speed and making unsafe lane changes without using turn signals. Considering today’s road conditions with snow and ice, this behavior was extremely dangerous and put me in a very risky situation. This kind of driving is unacceptable and could easily cause a serious accident.

Great customer service and was not leaving until I was completing satisfied. He carefully adjusted when we ran into a hiccup and I even received a discount due to the issue! I would definitely recommend the service to anyone looking for an electrician .

Luis Percy came out to fix an issue with my heater and he was able to get me up and running for the winter. He did a great job and was able to get me signed up for membership. A big thank you to Luis!

I had the kitchen sink faucet leak repaired. The technician did a very good job with replacing the new products, also very knowledgeable of his job and the questions that I asked of him. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

I called in at 8pm with a hose leaking from a refrigerator where I was HOUSE SITTING. I was freaking out- talking to the homeowner and then finally called these guys.

Roger helped me locate the shut off valve and stop the emergency. I couldn’t believe it! He literally saved me and the homeowner from a horrible situation.

He even suggested that I reach out to the appliance people as it might be within their scope as opposed to the plumber’s.

I’m so impressed and blown away to see there are still people doing business like this today. It’s so hard to find honest contractors. Like wow.

Milestone was very helpful when an outlet I plugged a charger block into sparked and smoked on me! They didn’t have a technician available to come out that day but suggested I call the fire department. And they would be able to turn off the breaker to that outlet. The next day they sent out Ricardo Monge. He did an excellent job replacing the outlet for me and checking other outlets and the whole breaker box. I felt so much more secure! Thanks, Milestone!

Excellent experience with Loy, Christian & Kevin.
They put in new under cabinet lighting in our kitchen, repaired and replaced bulbs in the lights above the cabinets too & installed to replacement fixtures upstairs. I called for the appointment yesterday, they came today & promptly finished the job. Everything looks great! Just in time for holiday hosting. Thank you Milestone!

Had Milestone help with the plumbing and electrical work needed for a back-up generator and replacement of old load centers. Big job and they did outstanding work. Very good communications every step of the way. Technicians that take great pride in their work, enjoy what they do and have no problem explaining as they go. Shout out to Logan, Randall, Jeremy, Abram, Jonathan, Shan, Ryan, Robert, Jeff and Shanna. It was a pleasure working with all of you. Milestone will probably not be the cheapest quote you may receive, but based on my experience with them, they will be well worth the price.
