PSP is the best of the best!! I unfortunately bought an old house with all sorts of issues & they’ve fixed every one of them! I literally think I’ve met everyone that works for the company & they’re awesome!! Extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, honest & kind. I had to have my entire water & sewer lines replaced and they were perfect now. Beyond thankful for PSP, I’ll never use anyone else!

I Felt Nate was very personable and professional. He completed the job with relative ease and gave me informative suggestions on work I’ve planned in the future.

Taylor B. Was the plumber who came to assist me with services and he was great. Professional, work was excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Tony has come to our house twice. Once to fix our garbage disposal, and the other time to fix our guest bathroom shower. I highly recommend! He is personably, knowledgeable, and very transparent on prices. We will absolutely request him again!

Jason is amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. We called on a Sunday, and Jason was to our home in approximately a hour. The service for spigot issue was affordable and completed in a timely manner. We will certainly use Jason and Public Service Plumbers for all of our plumbing issues.

Cody was great, on time and fixed my sink quickly. Very fair price.

Gabriel Locklear was forthright in presenting the situation and most helpful in assessing my problem. I had both of my AC/Heating units replaced. Perfect in every way! His company team was on time and finished the work in a professional manner. Everything was as Mr. Locklear stated!

Kyle came out same day and got my drains moving again in no time! He was very easy to work with and clearly had excellent knowledge and experience. Will definitely use these guys again moving forward.

Cody helped me replace a fill valve and install a bidet same day and super fast too! He was great and cheerful despite the small space he was working in. Thanks again Cody!

Very professional, nice guy. He did a great job on fixing issues and it will save me money in the future. He also looked at 2 bathrooms and sent quotes for possible future repairs

I recently moved to Dallas and didn’t yet have “my” plumbing, electrical, and HVAC team yet. I do now. I inherited an electric tankless water heater that failed on me right in time for the Holidays. Taylor could not have been more professional, personable, or knowledgeable. His personal ownership and incredibly quick resolution has made me a public service plumbers customer for the foreseeable future. Kyle McNally was very professional and polite from the moment he arrived. He carefully assessed the plumbing issue we were experiencing and communicated the problem clearly, even taking the time to show us exactly what was going on. He then explained his plan for resolving it. I really appreciated his friendly and respectful presence, which made me feel comfortable having him working in our home, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nate & Kyle were the best! They helped me save money and Im adding 3 more houses on my list for them to service. Have been very happy with Public Service Plumbers, it's nice to see top of the line service added to high tech solutions and not feel wary that we'll be nickel & dimed. Highly recommend.

Jacob was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Working with frozen pipes. Could not determine exact cause. Still no water. Realize price was high, probably because of after storm conditions.

I want to Thank Jimmy,Maddie,Joel,Christian and i can’t remember the Video guys name for doing such an amazing Job…The installation for our UV Oxidizer for our AC System,Moen Touch Faucet and our under Pantry Cabinets LED Lights and when I say everything looks Fantastic I would be making an understatement..Everyone was so professional and friendly which that’s how every business should be so we will be doing business again and I Highly Recommend….5 Stars all around…

My review is based upon dispatch and initial service call. I called late morning and Taylor B was dispatched to my house the same afternoon. I have two leaking faucets and a toilet that is experiencing low pressure flushing issues. Taylor was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I asked a variety of other plumbing related questions - ranging from our tankless water heater maintenance to installing a reverse osmosis system. He was thorough in his explanation and took photos and quickly provided estimates. I was under a promo so there was no dispatch fee. I’m grateful that Taylor took our call! We have not had them perform the work yet but I’m impressed by their first impressions. I got a text with our service call info and a photo of the technician with an ETA.

He was wonderful! He arrived quickly after my request for service, was careful, wearing boot covers as he came in, addressed the problem, went to get the part and had my shower working quickly. I hope he will be my plumber professional if I never need one.

Courteous and professional are two things that come to mind when I’m thinking about Public Service Plumbing.

I’ve used them several times for a complete replacement of my HVAC and other odd plumbing jobs. Never had a bad experience.

They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in the end they are worth it.

Kyle and Josh from Public Service Plumbers did an exceptional job unclogging my toilet. They were professional, efficient, and very courteous. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and the guy was really nice and friendly to my toddler! He went above and beyond even calling out something we hadn’t noticed, he fixed everything and was in and out. Very professional, very nice! 10/10
