Excellent work and tech. Cleared my drain quickly on a promo ad online. Trevor was able to come on a Saturday, earlier than expected. Very professional. Went over the estimate and other work options very clearly. Made sure I approved the estimate and completion.

Dirk and Hadi were fantastic and extremely helpful. We had an air duct cleaning and both of them were very receptive to our questions and were quick and efficient. They made sure to clean up and we will definitely continue our HVAC services with this company.

I had a brand new system put in by the hard working crew at Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning fall of 2023. System is new clean and well maintained. So for two summers now my HVAC would freeze up for no good reason. The techs at Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning always came out and checked everything out. When they found something that was wrong they addressed the issue but it didn’t stop the system from freezing up. After all that time they never gave up trying to solve the mystery problem. Just recently Aaron the manager came out and was able to find the main issue that was causing the system to freeze up. The company that installed my duct work didn’t do a good job and put a vital sensor in the wrong spot. Quality control tech Chris came out and fixed all the issues. The system is working great. I’m confident they this was the mystery issue. This is the second company in my lifetime that has always been honest and trustworthy and never gave up on me. Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a top notch company because the people that work there are honest and actually want to do a good job. You don’t see that a lot these days. Many companies only care about profit and not building relationships with customers. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning team was great! I had a crack in my condensation pan on my HVAC and the promptly came out and fixed the problem. Erick diagnosed the problem and patched the crack to stop the leaking water. Seth and Juan installed the new pan and made my unit more efficient. Cindy and Wendy were the dispatchers that made sure everything was scheduled and techs were onsite with the correct part.. And of course Calvin “Mr. Finesse” showed up to assist. Outstanding work. Thank you.

Nothing against the techs, but I was just quoted almost $800 to replace $20 worth of PVC. The coupons I received in the mail are apparently a new thing for the company and must not have been valid for what I needed. I told them yesterday evening over the phone that I needed the PVC drain line replaced, the foundation drain cleared, and the coils cleaned. They came here today with intent to replace the PVC, they wanted to schedule a plumber to come out another day for the foundation drain, and were really interested in selling me a new AC unit from the time they walked in the door. I'll end up calling Hobson if I need anything else AC wise done. Essentially, today I was charged $90 for a service fee to remind me I need to take my blood pressure meds.

Technician was very late arriving. The appointment was 8-11 am, he showed up at 12:30. He had a thick accent and was. Wry difficult to understand. He had to leave twice to go get parts and still did not have everything he needed to complete the repair. Substantial damage was done to the wall in the bathroom. His first attempt at the completed repair caused even more leaking when the water was turned back on. The company also wanted to replace all 20 similar valves in my home for $6000.
Without my consent a water damage restoration company was called by the plumber and given all my contact information. That company texted and called me multiple times from different numbers, and even came to my address unannounced and unrequested later that day. Seems an obvious scam involving kick-backs/referral fees. I now will have to have a contractor come repair the wall. I will never use your company again and will inform my acquaintances likewise.

Jim treated our issue with care and the highest level of professionalism. He was transparent with the unit’s condition, our purchase options, and kept us well-informed throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

Jay McKenna was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We wouldn’t consider another Dallas area company for any future plumbing issues and/or maintenance. Long time Dallas Plumbing customer, new client of Jay, specifically. Highly recommend.

We had a plumbing emergency and Shawn came, when the problem was bigger than expected, Dallas Plumbing team helped us choose the best solution. Shawn came multiple times to make sure the job was done right! He’s the best!

I called Dallas Plumbing as they were the original installers of our water heater. We bought the extended warranty, but apparently that only covers the water heater itself not the fixtures that they used to install the water heater. So nothing of this required repair was covered. They fixed the leaking fixture quickly (20-30min)… which is good. They arrived promptly, also good. But I had to pay $383.00. Seems very expensive for a quick pipe fitting repair. And for a repair to their own work, albeit from 2018.

They also said they had no record of the installation they did in late 2018. Said they have changed ownership and didn’t necessarily have access to some records.

Jay McKenna was very professional as he diagnosed our AC issues and Lined up an HVAC unit installation on short notice. He explained the process and our options in detail.
Justin the HVAC supervisor got the system set up and working in record time. Our AC unit died on the hottest day of the year and this team was able to get our ac up and running within 24hrs.

Michael and Oswaldo did an excellent job with our six-month maintenance. They were very informative and ensured we understood all of their services and recommendations.

Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning did an amazing job. We called them to service our HVAC unit (we have a membership with them for service) and we decided to get a new system due to the repairs needed to our old system. Communication was really good. Response time was the best. They made sure and took care of all our questions, concerns, made changes with no hesitation, addressed every potential problem, and made sure we were completely happy with any corrections needed. Tye, Martin, Edrick, Mark, and Jim were awesome! Dallas Plumbing and Air Conditioning is the go to for all our HVAC and Plumbing needs!

Donny M. walked through my door with a fantastic presence! I so appreciated how he asked questions about the project and then went right to it! He explained everything in advance and in no time at all, he had done a superior job! He asked me to check out his work and I was very pleased. He left the bathroom in great shape; no trash left behind. He gave me the extra 'stuff' that came with the equipment and explained what it was for. Would I have Donny M. back for future jobs? You bet cha!

My second time using them for maintenance and I’m always impressed with how professional they are. They’re friendly, informative and do a great job overall. Ask for Don as your technician, he’s fantastic!

Genuinely had a terrible experience. Called for a drain clearing special, $83 or free. When the technician came out, he did zero diagnostics on the drain and instead insisted on us doing a $500 main drain clean out and $400 for a clean out installation. When he called his supervisor for a second opinion, instead of answering my concerns on why they didn’t bother trying I was told “well ma’am we’re the professionals and we do this kind of repair all the time”. We told the technician we wanted to get a second opinion and they went to charge us $89 for a dispatch fee which was never disclosed. I called the office to confirm and I was still forced to pay $49. I called Milestone after they left, and they were able to come out next day and snake the drain clearing the clog saving me hundreds of dollars. I’m not sure where the “free” part of Dallas Plumbing drain cleaning special comes in to play. Would not recommend for services.

Shawn Barndollar helped my family with his knowledge and efficiency. He was a wonderful technician to be sent out as a representative of this company. We were very pleased!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber, specifically Jay! We had a leak in our front yard, he came and gave us his honest opinion. We chose to do a spot repair and unfortunately another leak came 3 weeks later, he spoke to his manager and got them to use the money we had already spent on the spot repair towards the replacement of the entire pipe. He also found an additional leak separate from that and fixed it for us. He was happy to answer any questions we had and explained everything to us. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Hadi with HVAC was amazing! He provided excellent service, explained why my HVAC systems needed a new part and fixed the problem during the same visit as the inspection. Very personable!

Our water heater is making popping sounds. I wanted to get sediments out hence signed up for a flush. During the flushing no sediments came out. We have 2 water heaters connected in parallel. Not sure technician did the job correctly. It is unusual that no sediments came out. I will need plan B.

First time we've used Dallas Plumbing after a bad experience with another company.
They were able to fix our Rheem Hybrid Water Heater in one visit.
