I don't know who does their mailer copy. They offered a Water Heater Flush + Free Camera Inspection for $79. Sounded good because I wanted to see how deteriorated the unit is. They got here and told me the camera was for the drains and this was more of a whole house inspection, which I didn't want. The tech wanted to quiz me and I wasn't having it. I finally had to ask him to move his truck as he was blocking the neighbors drive. Needless to say, I'll never use them again. I'm not a fan of Bait & Switch!!!!

Michael and Osvaldo did a great job. I had reported that the UV light on the air purifier needed replacing, but it had only been a year since we had replaced it before. They thoroughly checked out the unit, finding the an electrical connection inside the unit was not securely fastened. One fastened the existing UV light began working again. Great job! And thank you Michael and Osvaldo.

The overall experience with Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning for a new HVAC install was very good. Victor was really great to work with, and the 10% discount and extra $1000 off the new unit really made that final difference I needed to be able to afford it. Really appreciate his willingness to answer general questions, too!

Install went well, and they reset the line and insulated it outside like it should be (old one hadn't been insulated all the way down, and the 2nd line wasn't next to the other, but that may not have yet been code). The internal unit was larger than its predecessor and they had to remove the door and wooden frame to get it in, which they put back together. Not 100% like it was, but the door still closed, and that's more than I'd be able to accomplish in less time spent, so no complaints here. Appreciate the effort msde there. It will require some caulking and touch-up painting to help restore the nicer look.

New unit is very quiet compared to the old one, which was naturally going to be noisy as the fan engine and bearings were dying (it was also having some other problems and was 11+ years old). The new one barely runs to put the temperature at the same place as the old one, and I feel like it both dehumidifies and cools quickly for very little effort on its part (this is the high-end unit, and we were coming from a basic). Really like it already.

Overall, I'm very happy. New systems are expensive. Only downside there, but I am happy to have it, have a more efficient system that works really well, and not have to worry about the old one dying on me now.

this was my first time experience with Dallas Plumbing as I was in need of an estimate for front door gas light fixtures and to install new highrise outdoor water faucets. I am extremely pleased with the total professionalism of the first call to the receptionist, a follow up from the dispatcher and a heads'up call from the plumber, Daniel, who was very courteous, competent (calling his supervisor to help demonstrating that he was eager to get the right answers if not from himself!) and i await an estimate to be mailed to me tomorrow. All in all, as a Realtor, i would say that this company from my first time experience, was excellent. I hope my finances allows us to enjoy the company if not now...but in the future. There was no charge for the estimate call and that is strongly appreciated and is a valuable consideration for future plumbing needs.

Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning came to my home to check out my A/C system; four days later, I was spellbound!!! Where to start... the communication, professionalism, level of knowledge, leadership, kindness, amazing customer service, etc... Titus, Hadi, Joshua, Justin and ALL others blew our minds with...just EVERYTHING! They went above and beyond my expectations. They left my home in order as though nothing had ever been done. My home fells heavenly with our new system and freshly cleaned out vents. I would recommend Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning to anyone without hesitation. In other words, 10/10, I would recommend!

March 2025 - This review is late in coming yet, felt the need to share.

I received a free estimate, but I did not get it in writing — and that was a mistake. What Angel showed me on his phone and told me verbally did not match what I expected. I attempted to contact him multiple times afterward and received no response at all. The customer service from Angel was unacceptable.
Chris, on the other hand, did an excellent job installing our new toilets.

Erik recently came out to adjust a toilet handle under warranty, and he also provided excellent, professional service.

Michael came promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was here a couple of hours and had to go get a part. I got home from work and the furnace was working fine. I think the $300 charge was very fair Which included the part.

Trevor was excellent! I’ve had previous disastrous experiences with a different plumbing company so I was nervous. Trevor was quick, efficient, fixed my leaking refrigerator line, and helped me explain to neighbors about the water shut off during the fix. Great experience all around!

Mr. Jay came to my house for emergency, my water froze and I had no clue what to do but Jay from Dallas plumbing came out very quickly, gave me options and got my water back on within the hour. I appreciate him and his team for coming out very quickly on short notice on a Saturday.

Titus did an outstanding job for us on our HVAC maintenance service request. He was on time, courteous and efficient, providing me with detailed photos and explanations of how our two units were operating. He identified a couple of issues and was able to repair them during the appointment. It was very clear to me that this young man is very skilled at what he does! I would definitely request him again!

I called the company with hopes that this clogged toilet wouldn't be to hard to clear out. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day and came out quickly in between the discussed time slot. They also honored their flyer which cut the cost considerably helping me out alot. The technician they sent Jay Mckenna was professional, super helpful, polite, and very personable. He got in, knocked it out and was on his way quickly. Will definitely use this company again for the future.

Michael and Don were out today and did a very thorough and complete semi-annual maintenance. They provided a detail report and provided options that were laid out clearly. I was able to make an "in the moment" informed decision for the needed work. I got it scheduled and approved the estimate before they left.

We had two check up services done this week. One for plumbing with a water tank flush. And one for the HVAC.

Erik with plumbing was very helpful and did a thorough check. He pointed out a few things we could do on our own to protect our water system. And, he saw a few things that we should plan to have done sometime this year.

The other technician, Hade with HVAC visited us today. He did a through check for us and found only one issue with our AC that we may want to address by the time we get to summer.

We are happy with both technicians. They were both very nice people, who seem to be thorough & honest.

Dallas Plumbing again proved that they are always there when you really need them! In the midst of Dallas’ sub-freezing weather this week, our hot water heater decided to start leaking. As the water ran out the garage, but we were not sure how we could host two dinners with guests this week. Dallas Plumbing responded the same day with a temporary fix followed by new equipment installed the next day. Our thanks go out to the whole team, from the first call to the last handshake, all deserve a hearty congratulations for 5-star service!

We moved into a new house recently and ran into some plumbing issues. Jay was so helpful and diagnosed the issues quickly. He even fixed some of the minor things that I brought up that didn’t exactly require an expert which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

The team did great. All in all a very good job done by first the inspector and then secondly by the technician who installed the hard start switch and the new contact. I have to commend the technician that performed the HVAC service first, if not for him being thorough and running through the checks and balances during the inspection, I would have never know the unit needed a new contact or a hard start kit. Deciding to install them both was a no brainer considering the parts are for safety and are for maintaining equipment longevity. The installation technician, Titus Foster was first class. Not only was he respectful and professional, he also answered any and all questions I had about the installation. Will continue to use Dallas Plumbing for all future HVAC/Plumbing needs.
