I’ve used Rescue Air & Plumbing several times for a/c issues and have always had success. Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Derrick Posley helped me this time and he is so nice and knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing before and after the work. He even got me to sign up for a membership. That’s how much I trust Rescue to do great work!

Philip was so helpful and didn’t even mind answering my questions while he was working on my leaky toilet. He was cheerful which was nice and super fast. He cleaned up after he left as well! Would definitely call again and will recommend to my friends.

We have used Rescue Air for five years. For yearly maintenance and also a new unit. With the maintenance plan it is always reassuring that help is on the way as soon as you call. Today we had more outstanding service with Max and Andre. So polite, knowledgeable, caring, neat, safe and clean. I’m 100% for Rescue Air and their leadership. They were doing my bi yearly maintenance which is covered with my maintenance plan.

Sebastian came out to fix our HVAC dripping issue. He was very thorough and analyzed everything before making his recommendation. We have had this problem since last year and no one had been able to resolve the issue. Kudos to Sebastian for pinpointing the issue and resolving it. We witnessed him double check every repair he made. This young man is very professional and knowledgeable. When completed he explained everything he did and assured us that the issue was resolved. I made a great choice with booking an estimate with Billy Go! I was scheduled for Tuesday but when they heard my 15 month old on the phone they quickly squeezed me in for Monday. When my technician Tray arrived he was excellent. Very professional and efficient. He told us exactly what the problem was and helped with all information regarding warrantee for the unit along with an in the moment/future fix. He was very pleasant and a joy to work with. We are very pleased with the service.

Had a suspected slab leak and called Billy go to come check it out. They were able to fit me in the next day to diagnose and were able to get to large job the next day (Saturday). They were able to get the leak fixed in a day.
