Roman is the best service technician of any kind I’ve worked with or performed service in my home. He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and he is a hustler! He fixed our AC problem on an emergency call in about 2 minutes. Saved our bacon from frying on a 97 degree July day. He is a hero to us. I had someone else coming but after talking to Roman Arnold I could tell he was the right guy to fix our problem. I cancelled the other service company. My wife felt the same way when she spoke with him on the phone. Huge thanks to Roman and Rescue Air!

This our second experience with Derrick and he did a fantastic job of listening and going the extra mile to determine that our issue was our hot water heater. Derrick contacted his counterpart on the plumbing side of Rescue and scheduled an appointment for us the same night. Love his attention to detail and desire to serve the Customer.

Derrick and Tyler solved our ongoing heat problem in 1 visit. They were respectful and friendly. More importantly they were professional and patient, and used pictures to explain things in a way I could understand. I have been a member with Rescue Air for 4 years and am still very happy with their service.

After receiving a much higher water bill than normal, I called my regular plumber to see if they could come out. However, they were taken over by someone else and no longer served my area, so, I started looking for a replacement. I remembered a company that took care of my dad before he passed as well as my sister so I looked them up and gave them a call. We were able to schedule an appointment and Philip came out and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several different options that we could try. However, with my home being more than 100 years old, I knew that there might be other issues hidden somewhere so we decided to replace the main water line from the city line to my house. I thought this would be the most cost effective in the long run. We discussed different materials and methods and then Phillip up wrote up a quote. It was less than others I had spoken to but more than I was hoping to spend. He then offered several financing options. I decided on an 18 month no interest loan. The cost was pretty steep, but with the quality of the materials that were installed being so much better than what was there, I know I made the right decision. It has been upgraded to an insulated pex pipe. There is now a shut off right at the house instead of out in the alley. I also have another main shut off for just the outside faucet in the back. I will be able to turn that off at any point. Actually I will be able to turn off either one at any point without any problems. No more trying to find the key that goes to the padlock and the back gate and struggling to get the cover off the city main and then turning it off there. I am very pleased with the work. One thing I did notice though is Philip did say it would take about 6 hours to dig out. It only took about two and a half. Their digging crew knew exactly what they were doing. They came in, got to work, and completed the job in a fraction of the time that Philip estimated. They were followed by Bobby Joe and one of his helpers. Philip estimated it would take about 4 hours to replace the line during which time we would have no water. However, Bobby Joe was able to get it taken care of in about 2 and 1/2 hours total. We were without water for maybe half an hour during this entire time. One thing that really please me on top of everything else, is that when they reconnected the new line they prefilled it so that there was very little air in the new pipe. I saw no dirt whatsoever coming through when we turned the water back on. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship and professionalism of every individual that I have encountered with Rescue Plumbing. I think that I have just found my new plumber. However, with the quality of their work, I may never have to call them again!

Great service. Austin carefully inspected the unit, explained the heating work it needed, and clearly distinguished what was ideal versus what was truly necessary. I’ve been using this service for three years and have found it reliable. I highly recommend the subscription service.

I’ve had great service from these guys. A few years ago they installed a better water heater for less than the competition.

More recently, we had a gas leak and our HVAC/plumbing company quoted us $400 for a replacement part. Victor came out, found the issue right away, and fixed it on the spot — no replacement needed.

Honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Highly recommend.

Cody came out for my winter HVAC 'check up'. He was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge (and tips) in a way that I was able to fully understand and be able to remember. Although, there are no problems now; with having an older unit and my desire to maintain a frosty 64 to 68 year round, he provided suggestion that will help in the future and the coming summer.

Eric is amazing. Did a great job finding the issues, making sure we knew exactly what the cost would be for all repairs, and worked quickly. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable with everything before continuing on. We will definitely ask to have him every time.

Saul was so awesome!! He immediately identified the problem with our AC and came up with solutions and explained them clearly. Our dog also thought he was great!

Rescue Air has been a great provider for our A/C needs. During a standard maintenance check, our technician, Joe Jones, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable on his service call. Truly appreciate him and the quality of service from Rescue Air.

Jose came out last Saturday to inspect everything and tell me what the main problems were, and then I scheduled with him for the team to come out on the following Thursday to do all the repairs in the attic and put in a whole new heating/ ac unit which was 17 yrs old (life expectancy 15 yrs).
The whole team - Jose, Saul, Austin, Tyrese, and Joe - gave me excellent service and got EVERYTHING done in one day. They explained everything regarding the problems in my old unit and what all they had done (mainly in the attic) to fix the problems. I was very impressed with their thoroughness, their efficiency, their professionalism, and their honesty.
In addition, the service advisor - Jeff - was extremely helpful and was able to answer my follow up questions.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Edison came to the house for my semi-annual checkup. He was friendly thorough, and clear in his explanation of potential issues and options. I believe that Rescue Air compensates their techs for upsell, but in my experience the techs aren't pushy or hardline. They provide options and you can take their recommendations or not. All in all I've been pretty pleased with this company.

Fantastic. I worked with Joe, Alex, and his crew to get a mini split installed in our one car garage. Joe is very knowledgeable and gave us all the options to consider. Alex and his team did a great job with the install. Great work Rescue Air!

Jose was very helpful and professional! He ran thorough tests, explained my options, and replaced the wall thermostat unit in the same visit. Jose made sure I fully understood the process, showed me photos of the units in the attic, and provided in depth information making sure I understood how to use the new wall unit. After the installation I received an email with all photos and explanations. Chris in the office helped me make the appointment and provided a quick solution to get me on the schedule. Excellent service all around!

Josh performed 6 month preventative maintenance on my new furnace system. Josh first inquired as to system performance and if I had any questions/needs. He provided professional, friendly and thorough service to ensure great performance and client satisfaction. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.
Once the plumber began working, a massive leak started pouring from the ceiling, causing significant water damage to my home. What should have been a straightforward plumbing job quickly turned into a serious situation with lasting impact. The ceiling, walls, and floors were all affected, and I was left dealing with the aftermath.

It’s been a deeply frustrating and costly experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through. I truly hope the company takes responsibility and makes things right.
