I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding service I received from Hunter at Firehouse Roofing compels me to share my experience. Approximately 18 months ago, Firehouse Roofing replaced several vents on my roof, a job that was done efficiently and professionally. However, after a recent rainstorm, I noticed one of the vents had started to leak. Concerned about the potential damage, I immediately reached out to Firehouse Roofing for assistance.

Hunter responded to my call and came out to inspect my roof that very same day. His promptness and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. After a thorough inspection, Hunter informed me that the repair would be covered under warranty at no additional cost to me. But he didn't stop there; Hunter went above and beyond by inspecting the rest of my roof to ensure everything else was in order. His attention to detail and proactive approach gave me immense peace of mind.

The repair work was scheduled and completed within a few days, and I am pleased to report that my roof is now in excellent condition. Hunter's professionalism, expertise, and genuinely caring attitude were evident throughout the entire process. Alex Buchanan, our roofing advisor, is exceptional! Following the hailstorm in late 2022, I contacted Firehouse Roofing, and Alex promptly arrived to assess the damage. He identified multiple areas of impact and seamlessly coordinated with my insurance provider. His dedication and attention to detail facilitated a smooth insurance claim process. Even after the roof restoration, Alex has continued to monitor the situation, promptly checking in after storms. Following the latest bout of inclement weather (May 2024), I contacted Alex for another inspection, and he responded promptly, scheduling the inspection without delay. His commitment to his work and clients is truly commendable, making him an invaluable advisor.

I would not recommend Firehouse Roofing. They came out to review one leak and tried to upcharge me $7k+ to replace all these other parts. Then the person couldn’t find the exact reason for the leak, and come to find out, he thought the leak was coming from the back of the roof until I pointed out that the leak was coming from the front Pipe Jack. Tried to charge $1700 plus for a $500 max job. Found another reputable company to do the same job for $378 total.

A pleasure to meet and work with Brad . I recommend using a professional company that has been in business for nearly 30 years with an excellent rating with BBB. When a company chooses their representatives this well, it speaks volumes to the quality of work provided, the initial meet and greet, and the follow through to completion. Communication throughout a process is reassuring and needed for an incident that home owners may not deal with regularly. The quality of roofing materials is beyond reproach. The work on installation is stellar. And I really need to emphasize the communication provided during this process, superior!

On time, friendly, and quick to address the roof inspection activity necessary for an HVAC replacement. In addition, Jamison took time to investigate another section of roof I've had long standing concerns with from a previous roof install (not done by Firehouse). His willingness to assist despite being a separate problem went above and beyond in my opinion. He documented his findings and reviewed them with me in detail. I will be getting a quote next week for some repairs from Firehouse based solely on the courtesy and professionalism I experienced interacting with Jamison.

Manuel Greenlee. Came out to do a roof inspection. Very knowledgeable , polite young man. Found a couple of small issues that I’m able to take care of myself. Definitely know who to call if and when I need any roof repairs done.

Firehouse roofing —-my new roofing go to. I had to have an exhaust pipe reinstalled and they went above and beyond. Not only did he install the pipe and new flashing ( it was leaking before bc of poor installation from previous roofer) but he went ahead and painted it to match my exterior . It was white before he painted it. My newest discovery —-a company that actually wants to please the customer. I didn’t ask to have the pipe painted. He just did it at no cost bc he said it would look better. Please give them a try for all roofing needs. I m so happy I did.

We have done a lot of home, yard, and pool projects since moving to Dallas 2 years ago, and I tell everyone that the best experience we have had overall was with Firehouse Roofing. Bradley came out to assess the roof and walk us through the lack of attic ventilation and issues he suggested bringing up with our insurance. Insurance found that a new roof was definitely needed and Bradley’s assessment was spot on. Christian and Noah walked us through scheduling and logistics with patience and even worked around our painter. Hunter and Diego were amazing managers, and Hunter was on site 24/7 with great communication. Oscar and the crew were outstanding as well. Bradley came back to the site to check in and monitor, and when anything came up, communication was great throughout. Bradley was also particularly good at keeping our best interests as home owners in mind and was sure to explain the “why” and the “how” so that we knew what to expect for the 3 day project. He is now helping me make sure that the roof stays in great condition as we take on a bathroom remodel that will need extra ventilation cut into the roof. Having Bradley and Firehouse involved gives us a lot of piece of mind for this upcoming renovation! The photographs and notes and communication systems that Firehouse uses (they even have an app that you will want so you can monitor the progress as well) is also really outstanding. I joked with Bradley that Firehouse should teach a “Master Class” in customer relations, and it is really true as we have not found another company as easy to work with as Firehouse. Definitely recommend!

Diego did a great job sealing some spots on our existing roof that could’ve caused problems down the road. He was very thorough, friendly and did a great job. Respectful of our property and kept me updated on his work. A real asset to Firehouse Roofing.
