Josh did a great job making it an easy and smooth install process for two solar attic fans.

We had Firehouse over to seal a Flue Pipe from our HVAC system in the attic. They were recommended to us through their partnership with Baker Brothers, who does our AC work.

Jordan did a great job reviewing the situation, sealing everything up, and repainting the pipe. That would have been enough, but he then provided a roof inspection and reported that everything looked great and we had no issues that needed attention. We really appreciated his honesty and the integrity to actually say that everything looked good instead of “finding a problem” that actually didn’t exist. Very good first impression of Firehouse Roofing!

My wife and I recommend Elite Roofing because it is a dependable, organized, and professional company. Brad, who came for an estimate because of a small leak, discovered that we hail damage as the cause. He explained the steps in working with him and the insurance company to fix the problem. We had damage to the roof, gutters, fence, screens, and air conditioner covers.

Brad called our insurance company that same day, and the process began. Everything went smoothly. The roof was like installed within one week. Josh, president of the company, showed up on the day of installation and made sure everything was going perfectly and on schedule. .

Going a little overboard I recently interviewed eight contractors for siding and roofing and chose to work with Josh Sutton and Michael McDowell at Elite Roofing. The whole team at Elite did a fantastic job. Michael and Paul worked with the insurance company to get the roofing shingle upgraded and replace the decking to bring it to code on my 1983 home. Sergio and his team did a great job replacing siding and painting. Raul headed up the roofing crew. I was right in the middle of it the whole time and was super impressed with Raul's crew. You could not build a better roof then the Class 4 GAF roof they installed.

I could not have found a better person and company to fix my roof and gutters from the recent hail storm than Mr. Josh Sutton. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about this job. When the insurance company FINALLY gave us permission to fix the roof, windows and gutters, the professionals went to work. The crew was like a well oiled machine and the job went much faster than I had anticipated.
The gutters were replaced with much better gutters than I had on the house and the shingles were also very very nice and much more attractive the the old shingles that were removed. The best. Over the years have had many roofs replaced both as a homeowner and a landlord. All were done fine. But I would recommend Elite Roofing & Restoration over any other company. Absolutely the best team and the most professional. They go above and beyond. I have never before had a company that attends to all the details like they do. For instance they installed a newer type of chimney cap that is better for my roof. Something I would not have thought to ask about and it's also much more attractive. Their team did a great job on getting me the roofing I wanted and a great job on the installation. I could not be more pleased. My insurance agent recommended them based on having so many of her other clients letting her know how happy they were with Elite.

Recently completed a brand new roof from Elite and have been more than satisfied with the process. From a couple of reps from Elite reviewing my roof and recommending an insurance evaluation to the same reps meeting the insurance adjuster at my house, to having an HVAC company inspect my attic and make necessary adjustments to my a/c lines to completing the job in 1 day to following up with my insurance company to make sure that I received any recoverable depreciation, my experience couldn't have been any better. Getting a new roof doesn't have to be the ordeal that we've all come to expect - it can be this easy. The work was completed to my satisfaction and looks fantastic.
