This company installed the HVAC on the house we just purchased. The condenser is even still under warranty. The previous owner agreed to pay for duct work that showed up on our home inspection. They set up with this company and were told they would call in advance before showing up. They showed up to the house while we were in Florida with no notice. We called June 24 to reschedule and the lady tried to put blame on me saying we weren't home... We never got a call? So they said dispatch would call to reschedule. Waited days with no calls. So I called in and they said they had more important calls to complete with people who don't have air. (I get it completely) So she said 3 weeks. After 3 weeks and 3 days I followed up on July 18. Again I got "dispatch will call you." Three days later I call back, "dispatch will call you." Not once has dispatched called me and I have called in every other day since June 18. I ask to talk to dispatch and every time I get an excuse as to why she's not there or can't talk. I will never use this company and do not recommend you to unless you want to wait 8 weeks or more. *I do not have any missed calls from you. The call log does not show what number you are calling either. I advised you twice that you had the wrong number early on.”

One entry fixture they removed was a 21-light crystal led pendant worth over $12k. With a very difficult area to work with, Doug and his helper meticulously removed each pendant, preserving the pieces for resale. Doug is a professional who cares about his customers. He went above any beyond our expectations. If he represents the standard at DH&A, we highly recommend them!

Earlier this year, Decatur Heat & Air replaced our entire unit and did us a fantastic job! This visit, they came out for our fall service which is part of the service plan we purchased. Luke was our service professional. Once again, he was very professional but still personable - easy to talk to and once again, he tolerated our nosey busy body birddogs! One of the biggest plus factors for me with Decatur Heat & Air is that anytime I have called them or received a call from them, the person on the other end of the call has always been super nice and friendly - even after all the work was complete. Each call still feels like they appreciate their customers, no matter the size the job. Decatur Heat & Air - I highly recommend this company!!!

They misdiagnosed the issue with my central heat. They said my heat coils were burned out. My unit is only 2 years old. I talked to Joshua at Clear Air and he thought it was a sequester that was out. He came out and looked and said heat strips were great changed that one part and all is great and cost me half the price Decatur heat and air was going to charge me. I still ended up eating 263.69 from Decatur heat and air for a mis diagnosis.
