Decatur Heat & Air is my go to for any repairs personally and they do all of my new construction installs. They have been absolutely wonderful and I always have peace of mind when I speak to Brandi in the office knowing she does what she says she is going to do! Highly recommend!

The technician Scott was great! He didn't mind taking time to explain everything to us. He never acted rushed or annoyed at our many questions. I have requested that they send him out every time if possible. I hope they do everything to keep him around because he is worth his weight in gold.

This company installed the HVAC on the house we just purchased. The condenser is even still under warranty. The previous owner agreed to pay for duct work that showed up on our home inspection. They set up with this company and were told they would call in advance before showing up. They showed up to the house while we were in Florida with no notice. We called June 24 to reschedule and the lady tried to put blame on me saying we weren't home... We never got a call? So they said dispatch would call to reschedule. Waited days with no calls. So I called in and they said they had more important calls to complete with people who don't have air. (I get it completely) So she said 3 weeks. After 3 weeks and 3 days I followed up on July 18. Again I got "dispatch will call you." Three days later I call back, "dispatch will call you." Not once has dispatched called me and I have called in every other day since June 18. I ask to talk to dispatch and every time I get an excuse as to why she's not there or can't talk. I will never use this company and do not recommend you to unless you want to wait 8 weeks or more.

*I do not have any missed calls from you. The call log does not show what number you are calling either. I advised you twice that you had the wrong number early on.”
