We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to help with a non-urgent, slow drain issue in our bathroom tubs. Michelle was very personable and was able to get us an appointment set-up within two days of making the inquiry.

Justin Hartkorn was the plumber that came out to our home. He arrived within the estimated time that we were told and had both drains cleaned up within an hour. He's very knowledgeable about plumbing fixes and he also gave us recommendations on maintenance of our drains. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

We had a water leak which infiltrated our carpet. Michelle set up the appointment with me and was extremely helpful. (She even referred me to someone to do the mitigation and evacuate the flooded area) Justin called ahead and informed me when he would arrive and was within 15 minutes of the time stated.
Then…. I was a little put off with the upsell that we were presented with. In the end, the pricing was way more than reasonable to replace the hot water heater. Service 5 star - pricing 2 star.
