Dakota and his team always does a great job! I have used his company for electrical and ac work on my house. His company is excellent at communication and getting the jobs completed on schedule, within code and at a reasonable price. He is always my first call for any HVAC or Electrical work that I need completed.

I appreciate Dakota working my job into their busy schedule. Cesar was professional, knowledgeable, completed the job and cleaned up the workspace when he was done. My pool timers, switches and outlets were a jumbled mess when he arrived, but looks great now, after he reworked, replaced and positioned everything the way it should’ve been done when originally installed several years ago. I’m very pleased with this team of professionals
and the fair price they charged.

The LMH technician went over all documentation and installation instructions. We also discussed maintenance and warranty choices. This was a seamless process that was handled by a professional company.

The technician arrived exactly when scheduled, was friendly and polite. They did a check up of the complete system, provided pictures of any issues found big or small and were quick. I’d recommend them.

Dan was very helpful and took the time to educate me regarding the importance of managing the oil level during an extended power outage. I appreciate his attention to detail.

I had my Generac Generator serviced by Dan. He did an excellent job. He answered all my questions. He didn’t make me feel like a stupid female asking dumb questions and I really appreciate that. I had an oil leak he quickly found the problem and repaired it. Dan is a really nice guy and he was thorough and cleaned up everything.

We had routine maintenance done on our AC as well as having a clogged drain line opened. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and the employee was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would definitely recommend LMH Services.

3 stars for a quick follow-up and quote, however only 3 stars because the quote unfortunately was three times higher than the average rates for Houston TX and more than double the other quotes I received from two other highly rated electrician services.

Dakota has always helped me patch up my old 17 year old a/c
system. But this time he convinced me that i needed a new unit.
My unit went out on a friday night and by sunday afternoon he had finished. He kept in touch with me every step of the way and was always there when he said he would be. He is very knowledgeable and professional with a friendly personality and very helpful in explaining everything about the new unit. I am a senior citizen and I really appreciate his help. They cleaned up and left the the area as if they were never there. I thank Dakota and his friendly crew for the work they did. Thanking you again.

Dan was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The issue was that I requested both an A/C service and a dimmer switch to be replaced and to check the bathroom light switch at my rental property, but Dan wasn't told about the switch issues. So now I'll have to make another appt on another day to take care of the issue.

Update 1/3/2026: Dakota came out today (Saturday) and took care of the electrical issues. They usually reserve weekends for emergencies, but he came out today to take care of the issues at regular prices. Everyone makes mistakes, but they did what they needed to do to make things right. I'll definitely use them again!

I purchased a 22 kW Champion Generator and had a great experience from beginning to end. Dakota stayed in touch with updates the whole way, which I really appreciated. The installers were awesome and answered all my questions, and the final walkthrough was clear and helpful.

Dan was excellent on our A/C call. He took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing. He answered my questions and didn’t try to give me a lot of HVAC gibberish.A friend recommended LMH and they were all that he said they would be.

Honesty, knowledgeable, prepared and customer service. These four words describe LMH perfectly! I spoke with Dakota on day one and he had DAN look at our furnace the same day. DAN by the way is incredible! He is the nicest man. He had everything fixed within a few hours. I honestly can’t say enough good things about LMH. Also, I received texts every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on.
I highly value honesty and customer service and they provided both in abundance. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future AC/furnace needs!

Had a contractor install a generator for me and he was terrible from the get go. After a year and a half! I had to do something. So I called LMH Services to come out and give me an estimate. Talk to Dakota the owner, and he hooked me up. In one day he had taken down what took the other guy a year and a half to do. Dakota and his guys began running conduit, wire, new breaker box, and switch. Dakota had me up and running in two weeks. His work is good. Dakota works as if it was his house. If you need a generator installed he’s your man for the job. Don’t forget LMH Services is who you need to call for all your needs and a fair estimate. Give LMH a call, you won’t regret it.
