Called them to switch out a breaker on residential breaker box. They said no problem, be there tomorrow 3-7. I called them at 3, they said electrician will still be there between 3-7. Nothing. I called at 6:45, they said they would contact electrician and have them call me. No one called. I called at 7:15, they said their records show they tried to contact me but no answer, didn't call, no message left. They canceled without telling me. Have to reschedule for four days in future. Said they'd have a manager call me, never did. Meanwhile another night with no A/C. Don't bother with these people. I suspect the 5 stars are from their own people.

Well, they sell you on prepaying for your appointment with some bogus "membership", and then they don't show up at the scheduled time, nor do they call you to reschedule. Then it of course takes a while to get your money back, though it was quick to get to them. Do better!

I called Benchmark Electrical after being severely disappointed by one of the big brands. The difference started from the first phone call. They were very professional but also personable. I told them I was in somewhat of a hurry and they had someone to my house in just a few hours. The electrical tech was very friendly and best of all he listened. He didn't try to high pressure up sell me and literally had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 25minutes. I would highly recommend Benchmark Electrical to anyone.

Benchmark Electrical crew installed three overhead lights for us and two light switches. He charged us exactly what was quoted and worked efficiently leaving our place totally clean. The work was professionally done and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company. I'm rather hard to please but these guys did exactly what we asked for the right price. Highly recommend!

Don't expect anyone to assist you in sales, two people walk right through sales department and to their vehicles and neither asked if I needed anything. Take your electrical industry orders to a more respective location this company is not here to help.
