Great service from a knowledgeable staff! They have been my first choice for over 20 years!

The guys in receiving ignore you when you drop off material for them. They pick up paperwork and pretend to be working while trucks waiting to get unloaded. Forklift drivers go pick up other stuff and drive past your truck when they can easily unload someone.

I requested some updated light fixtures in a bedroom and bathroom be installed. The entire process, from scheduling to install, was super easy. The entire staff, from the secretary to the technicians, were extremely polite and professional. There was never any pressure to add additional services. That being said, are they the cheapest in town? Maybe not; but, I would say that if you want the best experience and electrical service to be done right the first time, go with Mr. Electric. I believe in the saying, "Good labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't good."

This is not the first time that we have used Mr. Electric. We have used them a number of times. But, when you're wife's business is in a little old house that's nearly 100 years old, such is to be expected. They always do a good job and stand behind their work. Their prices are fair and their technicians are courteous and capable. Ron was out today and got my wife's business back on line and fixed up in a hurry. He's been out before, as has Steve (among others, I'm sure, when my wife has called). They're all good. And, it's not just the technicians - the office staff and owners help deliver quality customer service, and they're just good people!! Can't say enough good things about this company and can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service! I had 4 fans, 20 disk lights, 2 chandeliers, 4 Halo fixtures, 3 out door lights, Nest and Lutron smart devices, and a gas generator all installed by Mr Electric of Bay Area. They also ran power to some very tight/odd/high spaces. Everyone was exceptionally friendly from the owner and office staff to the technicians. They kept me updated on their progress, what technician would be at my house, and their vans are very well marked. They also kept everything clean during the install. I am very happy with their work and I will definitely be using them in the future!!

A little pricey. I offered the technician a step stool or ladder. He declined. Stood on 2 propane tanks I had sitting close by.

Had some warranty work done as one of the lights had a manufacturing defect, the crew showed up and fixed the issue. They checked the remainder of the fixtures to ensure that there were no other issues. They were very detailed and prompt with scheduling the warranty work.

After calling, they had an excellent service team out here at 8:00 am. They find where the electrical problem was and prompt fixed it for me! They cleaned up very well and fixed the circuit correctly, making everything up to current code. This is the finest electrical company in the area! I would recommend them to everyone!

A trustworthy electrical company. Quality work and first rate service. They installed under cabinet lighting for my kitchen remodel. I did not have the easiest of situations to retrofit lighting under these cabinets. They came out gave me different options for my kitchen and really made some great suggestions. I'm in love with the results!

Luke was extremely thorough & explained the process & trouble shooting he performed very well. He went out of his way to ensure that the breaker box to our pool was taken care of same day by being resourceful and reaching out to other electricians on his team. We will definitely use Me Electric again & highly recommended them to anyone!

If you want reliable, experienced, quality and economically fair electrical service this is the group to choose. After Hurricane Beryl it was necessary to install a new main drop on our property. After receiving 5 quotes, some less and some much, much "Moore", I chose Mr. Electric of Bay Area. I am 200% satisfied. They have a customer for life.

I was very impressed with how they worked to fix my 4 year old Generac to work properly and get WIFI up and connected to it. The electricity box is now up to proper standards with circuits replaced. The costs are a bit more than expected but the service was wonderful. I totally recommend them in case you have electrical problems like we did, or Generac problems. We could not get our original generator installers out to help us on our Generac. Hector stepped right up for us. We will be forever grateful for his help.

I had to get my whole house rediviced, meaning wall outlets where you plug in stuff and light switches/plates and I commend Richard and Bryan and Javier and Emilio for the great job they did. The guys worked hard, they moved furniture and put it back. Great Job!

The service manager (Valerie) was so nice. Hector arrived at 7:30 a.m. to assess our electrical issue. Once he gave us the bids and we agreed to it. He rearranged schedules to ensure he could get our electrical work done the same day. We were very impressed by their professional work ethic. Thanks so much!
