Innovative provides our weekly maintenance and repairs, and they always perform quality work at fair prices. Robert and Brock are always quick to reply to any questions we have, and always give us an honest assessment.

Service is always very fast and they make sure you are taken care of on top of anything else.

Great work and such a friendly team of hard working cleaners. I love the different scents they have for your carpet protectants and how they will make sure you are fully satisfied with all of the work before they leave.

Our basement carpet developed a musty smell after months of dampness. The carpet cleaning service used steam cleaning and deodorizing techniques, eliminating the odor completely and leaving the carpet fresh and safe to walk on.

My carpet had old candle wax stains. The cleaning team used the right tools to remove the wax without damaging the fibers. It looks clean, soft, and fresh now.

They did a great job on cleaning my upholstery, but I had made the appointment with somebody on the phone for the day before. I even got a text message confirming my appointment. When no one showed up, I called them two hours later. They said they didn’t have any guys in that day and would not be out. No apologies. Just a reschedule for the next day. Wasted my day waiting. Needs improvement

This visit got 3 stars because the lead cleaner was very apologetic that her team member did a poor job (otherwise the visit would get a 2 star). The second person just wiped around things like the cutting boards in the kitchen. The lead came over and recleaned everything. Her team member did not pull her weight today. 🙁

It was headache to work with this company. They kept missing spots that needed cleaning. Very inconsistent with their quality of work. They would send new girls with little or no training. Kept changing the cleaning crew.The last cleaning they tried to charge us double what they quoted on the phone for some additional scope.I do not recommend this company unless you want a headache every single time.

This was my first time hiring them. They were late and the lady who booked me for their service said the cleaning was going to be 2 hours. When they arrived they said it was for an hour and 15 mins. I specified the areas that needed cleaning but they didn’t even touch those areas. Didn’t touch any shelves or any corners. Forget about the corners, didn’t even vacuum the living room carpet properly, didn’t clean appliances, and I hired them for the living, kitchen, and dining areas. I don’t recommend them.

They did great a few times, then came home to a what looked like our puppy was let out & no one would speak to me regarding what happened.
5yrs later decided to try them again, they said they would have to reschedule due to hurricane, ok. I texted after the hurricane to ask that they keep in touch on rescheduling. They said they would call the next day and to this day(more than 2 weeks later) still no word from them
Fortunately I've found someone else that showed up and did a great job.

Team 3 from Deer Park cleaned for the 1st time today, I've been accused of being a bit ocd about my housekeeping and they not only met but exceeded my expectations.
What a lovely thing to come home to!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maid Brigade. Every single employee always goes above and beyond expectations. They even take the time to give my needy orange cat a head scratching as he "helps" them clean the house.

Booked a service for a 3 bed/3.5 bath home, 2900 sq ft and was quoted $380 for a deep clean ($411 total including taxes). They said it would take about 3.5 hours to complete the job and asked what areas I need the cleaners to focus on. Requested the living area and kitchen, as we frequently host people and have cats that shed. The allotted time was nowhere near enough for them to complete the job - even after we asked them to just skip a bedroom to finish the living area. We now have them coming back out to do just finish the job. I wish my expectations were better set ahead of the clean so I wouldn't have been so disappointed following the cleaning. For the price, it's just not worth it and we will not employ this service in the future. I will add the cleaners were very professional and lovely to work with.
