Their business model is absolutely ridiculous.

I filled up all the details of my house on their website and spoke to Selena on phone in detail about my needs. She gave me a hourly quote but when the cleaners came after an hour of cleaning, I was asked to pay $100 extra because the cleaners needed an extra hour to clean the house.

When the cleaners came I gave them a tour and none of them said that they will take 3 hours instead of 2. If they would have told me that I would have refused the service. Cleaners cleaned only 60% of the house.

Ridiculous service and no ethics.

I have used Maid Brigade for years. They do a good job. I especially like that they are reliable and show up on the days they are supposed to. It's so nice coming home to a fresh, clean house.

I have to say I am very pleased with their services!!! They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job on my home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them in the near future! Thanks again!

I recently had a major surgery so I was unable to keep up with my house. I tend to be OCD & it was frustrating to me not to be able bodied enough to clean. I contacted maid Brigade & I was extremely impressed by the job they did.. once they were done I felt better and could see how clean my house was. I am going to allow them to do monthly deep cleaning after this. So thank you Maid Brigade for making my life easier during my recovery.

They were very professional and courteous

After a first time around hiccup management was caring listened well and fixed issue in a timely manner. Professional staff team 5 Asia (I think) and Daniella were on time, very detailed and left my house very clean. Highly recommend communication is key and they were on top of it.

The team that cleaned my place today was excellent! Lead by Aidza, with Candy and Kaylen, all were thorough, professional and courteous. I have been using Maid Brigade for several years, but must say that this team that performed today’s cleaning exceeded my expectations!

Kaylen, Kaylen, and Aidza were amazing! They showed up and were so friendly and energetic. I was in awe when i came home… everything was completely spotless and organized. They even made these cute flowers and a bow on my toilet paper. It felt so good to come home to a spotless home. My cat adored the whole crew too!

I am so grateful for Maid Brigade!! I've been a customer since 2011 and have moved my service as I've moved houses. The ladies are always super professional. They handle all the big chores and cover the tiniest details (putting facial tissues in a flower pattern!) that feel luxurious when you get home. The house always smells amazing. Have any special requests? Contact the office! They're very responsive. I'm really so thankful for the team's hard work every time. I've also had several immuno-compromised family members and the company understood all the risks and worked with us to help everyone stay safe. Can't say enough about their great services!!
