i had another great experience with the plumber team in deer park. this time, jordan came out for our yearly plumbing inspection as part of our maintenance agreement, and also handled the descaling of our tankless water heater, which we do every other year. jordan was really friendly and shared some interesting stories about his background before joining the plumbing business. he worked quickly and paid close attention to detail, noticing that the shut-off valves to one of our faucets in a room without temperature control weren't up to code anymore. we asked him to replace them right then and there, and he did a great job. we've just renewed our 2-year maintenance plan, so we look forward to more visits from their team. everything went smoothly during the safety inspection and water heater service. danny, the other technician who came recently, was also efficient, kind, and explained everything clearly. i'm a happy and satisfied customer, and i highly recommend their plumbing services in deer park, especially for regular check-ups and water heater maintenance.

He even pointed out that one of the more affordable fixes would completely solve the issue, not just cover it up. They returned first thing the next morning, and the only way I could even tell they had been there was because the leak buckets under the kitchen sink had been moved into the sink. i can't say enough good things about the plumber service i got! from my first call with jordan to brady showing up so fast, i was seriously impressed. my downstairs bathroom sump pump had stopped working and there was a big sewer mess—definitely not something anyone wants to come home to in deer park. jordan was really helpful on the phone and made sure a plumber would be out within the hour. brady arrived right when he said he would, noticed how stressed i was, and made me feel a lot better right away. he answered all my questions, was super friendly, patient, and got everything fixed up quickly with a lot of professionalism. i honestly couldn't be happier with the work. i highly recommend brady for any plumbing job—he really knows what he's doing! this company clearly has the best plumbers in deer park.

Jordan called ahead before arriving, which I appreciated. He was very polite, respectful, and handled himself professionally. Jordan got straight to work replacing the old bathtub faucet in my mobile home and also installed a new handheld showerhead. He carefully removed the bedroom panel to reach the plumbing behind the tub and put everything back neatly when he was done. The work area was left spotless—you wouldn’t have even known any plumbing repairs were just done. Worst company I’ve ever hired. Arrived 5 hrs late and tried to up charge me $400.

I called this plumber and Amanda told me that if I signed up for the 1 year service for $149 that we could be seen the same day. This didn't happen and didn't even happen the next day. It has now been 10 days and I have yet to receive an update on my job. I have requested that the manager call me several times. He called me once and left a message. When I called him back, he has yet to return my call. I am so frustrated that they took my money but have not taken the time to tell me when they will be at my property. I will never use them again.

I wish I could give you 0 stars. First time time trying to use your services and I am already regretting it, I haven't even use your services yet and I am already so disappointed. A tech was supposed to show up and never did, never called or text or nothing, my husband had to keep calling them. But what was worse is that they charge me twice.....please avoid yourself the headache. I can't and won't recommend them.

Jeff is a very reliable plumber. He is helpful,respectful and fast. I called in the early afternoon about a problem we were having and they came out immediately.He narrowed the cause of the problem and was able to get it fixed the same day.His charges were very fair.Would definitely recommend them.

Jeff came out to my house once on a short notice to fix a sink and did a great job. Cost was reasonable. Went to him again to get a water softener installed and again no complaints. I would endorse him every time and will use his service with all of my plumping and water needs.

The team are the best! We had a main water line break and they were on it for us. Had all the work done on time and within the quoted price and took the time to educate us about all the work along the way. Another great thing is they are very responsive via phone/e-mail and made coordinating this project so much easier than expected. It's refreshing to work with folks who take legitimate pride in their work. You won't go wrong using them for your plumbing needs.

Called this plumber, advised my location was La Porte, they asked for my zip code. If they are really a Deer Park business do they not service all of La Porte? They told me that if I signed up for the 1 year service for $149 I could receive a discount on other services...AC, roof repair, plumbing, etc. Was told they could be out Sunday for an additional cost. Scheduled for Monday, between 1-4, received a call at 11AM they needed to push my appointment until Wednesday. Told them not to worry, I would locate a local plumbing company. I did, American Plumbing, called and they DID make it out Monday at 1PM.

Awesome experience with Sierra Plumbing- called in with an emergency on a Friday and they sent somebody out the same day to take care of the problem. Tech was very professional and friendly. Strongly recommend - great service and fair pricing!

I had an extremely bad clog in my sewer line. Sierra Plumbing came out and pressure jetted the line to clear the clog. They then put a camera in the line to verify everything was good. I'm very happy with their service and response time. I would recommend Sierra Plumbing across the board.

Sierra Plumbing did a sewer line replacement job in my house. This required tearing up the concrete, replacing the main line pipe, replacing a floor drain, reconnecting with several side lines, and then cementing everything back in. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them
