the customer service from everyone i spoke with was excellent. i first talked to brady around noon on a friday about getting our hot water heater replaced. after we went over some details and options, brady gave me a price and set up a visit for danny to come out between 1:30 and 3:00 that day. brady was very clear and honest about any possible extra costs if more work was needed. around 2:00, i got a call saying danny had finished his last plumbing job and was on his way after picking up the new water heater. danny was really professional and knew what he was doing. the owner showed up soon after to help with the installation. they left the work area even cleaner than before and had everything done by the evening. the work was solid. the whole crew was great. definitely recommend them if you need a plumber in deer park.
