Mike is an excellent & professional at Pro Plumber and came to fix our gas control valve issue right away. Literally was on his way after we spoke. He worked with the manufacturer to get the part ordered and he was available right away when it came in. The part came in and it was faulty so he resolve the issue and got the part in the next day. He was always communicating with me on the status and I felt very happy with him. He did the job attentively & professionally and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Really glad they were able to come out same day and get the job done. Our pipes burst due to the winter freeze and I had called several other companies but of course due to high demand no one was available today. Tosha and Marty were sent out to repair the pipes and they were in and out in less than 2 hours. We’re super thankful for them and Heaton Plumbing! Would definitely recommend them.
I needed my gas valve replaced so that my dryer could be hooked up. I initially tried on my own, but the job proved too complicated and gas is not something you want to be unsure of! Heaton took excellent care and didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed for attempting anything on my own. Excellent communication on all things (arrival time, what the job entails/requires, cost) and very pleasant. They come out with a truck full of all the supplies you might need to get the job done as quickly as possible. Very professional and efficient. I recommend them and will use them again.
I contacted Heaton after a not so handy handyman attempted to install my new kitchen sink to old pipe and failed. Not knowing what he was doing the armature cut the pipe flush with the wall and found he could not connect new pipe and sink. You get what you paid for; best to do it right the first time. Two incredibly professional plumbers, a male and a female came promptly at 8:00 am. reviewed the work and gave me a price. They worked together as a team to make a difficult repair complete quickly and efficiently. The end price was way beyond what I expected for such a difficult job. I understand why they have a AAA Better Business rating. Tosha and the entire team at Heaton rock!!! I will definitely use them again for other work I need done around the house.
I've used Heaton Plumbing for years. Big projects, small projects. I cannot recommend them enough. Michael is a fantastic plumber, honest, up front, and on time. If anything goes wrong with our plumbing, it's a no brainer on who to call for our house.
This is a company run with family values! I’ve had them to my home on two occasions. Both times they did exactly what was asked of them and did so at a reasonable price. Heaton Plumbing will always be my first call when I have plumbing issues I’m unable to handle myself.
