Our experience was very good from the start. Jacob going over the paper work and explanation of the job was very professional and able to understand what will happen. The Crew started at 8:15 and completed the job by 2:00. They were friendly kept me informed and kept the areas as clean as possible while working. After job completed everything was cleaned up and our items back in place what could go back. I have already recommended the company to several friends.

I have used Allied Foundation Inc. on 9/23/20, and 1/25/24. They dug out my 3 Shrubs in my front lawn, they planed them back after but all died the following weeks. They left behind all the debris that they dug out underneath of my house behind. The just Sheafed them onto both side of my house walls and left. When I asked to put in writing the second time that they will not leave until they clean. When they finished was close to 8 pm, they promised me will come back tomorrow and clean it up. They never did. I am 76 years old and takes me almost 2 months to dig out piece by piece with my bare hands for since I don't have machinery like they used. All the trash they left behind at the first time and another 2 months to dug up their trash the second time. I had to rest in between because my back hurts. They are very unconsidered for their customer who I was loyal enough to give them the business for the second time. They provided me the Lifetime Warranty Certificate but they charged me for the labor to made adjustments for the work they done the first time. They said the Warranty is only for the parts but not for the labor. They can call themself an A rated company but don't believe them. I will never use them again!

The crew arrived at 8 am as scheduled. They commenced work on time and actually completed the foundation leveling within 4 hours time. Taped off the area to await city inspection which happened the next day. As soon as they had the sign off by city they came out and in less than 2 hours had filled all holes, replanted the bushes that had to be pulled and cleaned up. This company did what they said, in the time frame they promised and did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Mike at Monster trees is an amazing guy to work with, Very friendly and honest. My trees have never looked this good in the 15 years I have lived here. His crew was very polite and did an awesome job cleaning up. I have used several other tree trimming companies before and he is the best so far. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed I promise you.

Mike and his team are on time, professional and very fast.
Initially I struggled a lot to schedule appointment (almost 3 months if I remember correctly), due to number of reasons, at one point I thought to go somewhere else and get job done. But thought last time let me try,... I tried last time, and he scheduled. Job done today, and really it is good. I will go with Mike in future.

We highly recommend Mike Krell and his Monster Tree Service of Texas Gulf Coast. His team did an excellent job with pruning and shaping our pecan tree. They cleaned up the area so well you would not have known any work had been done. We had seen the work they had done for our neighbors over the last couple of years and decided to have them work on our tree. We were not disappointed. A very professional company in everyway.

This is an update to the review I did a few months ago. This is the second time I’ve used them in the past six months and this company and crew is phenomenal! Prompt, detailed, safe, fast and fair prices! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about the project Mike and his crew tackled at my house. Four huge, dangerous trees. One had been struck by lightning, one was leaning towards my neighbors house and the biggest was only a few feet from my home, probably 3 ft in diameter and 100’ tall. Outstanding job at a very fair
price from a properly insured contractor! A combination that is hard to find. Give them a call…..you won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Monster Tree Service on March 6th for an estimate of tree removal service. I spoke with Mr. Mike Krell (owner). Mr. Krell, provided a more than fair, estimate of service on March 7th and the job was completed early on March 8th. I was very impressed with Mr. Krell's timeliness, professionalism and communication during the whole process. I would like to mention this job was not for myself but for my elderly mother. Mr. Krell was very kind toward her and respectful of her situation. I highly recommend Monster Tree Service and look forward to using this company again, should the need arise.

Mike shared tree knowledge with me and taught me about the issues my trees were having. After winning the bid with a competitive price, Mike and his crew arrived on time, and left with everything completely cleaned up, no debris, twigs or even a leaf was left on the yard or in the drive or street. Very professional job.

Monster Tree Service of Texas Gulf Coast just completed a job to remove an oak tree and grind the stump. They also improved the shape of some hollies. I can't say enough about how perfectly the entire job was handled. Mike is always helpful and easy to work with. His crew was pleasant, considerate and eager to please. They worked fast and efficiently and throughly cleaned up the work area. On their way out they even removed some dead branches from other trees. I highly recommend using them.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on the tree trim and tree removal they completed for me a few months ago. The crew worked safely and swiftly on both facets of the job; they utilized a crew of about 8 and were very effective. Mike was there first thing in the morning and spent some time coordinating with the workers, he left for an appointment, then came back as the job was wrapping up. He was sweeping and operating the heavy equipment to help get the job done.
