These guys are great! I needed a huge tree removed from my front yard and I was worried what it would look like after but the ground is perfectly level and ready to fill in. I can’t recommend them enough.

If they trim trees like they drive they can't read , most of DEER PARK is 20 Miles per hour through residential neighborhoods, in other words if your gonna drive a rolling billboard slow down on side streets. Nope pretty sure i got the name off the sode of the truck there bud.

Very happy with this company. I had a tree right next to my house and was a little worried. No need be... they scaled the tree like professionals and was able to remove it with little effort. They grinded the stump away and you can't even tell there was a tree there anymore. Thanks guys and I will recommend your services !!

Had an estimate done by (younger) owner and asked about insurance. Very nice crew showed up on time and ready to work, but did not have proof of coverage prior to starting. (Older) owner was called but could not get copy of proof to me until 30 minutes later after insurance company opened. He informed me the crew needed to leave and could come back later. All good except .... 1.) You're in a business with risks - one that requires insurance. Why would you not have immediate access to proof of insurance? 2.) The (older)owner/supervisor is seriously lacking in customer service skills. Never should you pressure a customer with "now or later" because that customer may come back with "never".

NOTE: The crew that showed up was outstanding! Patient and understanding of my concern over lack of proof of insurance. Unfortunately, I will have to go with another company. I'm that customer who thinks YOU should be of service to me - not me making everything convenient for you!

Mark and the guys did an awesome job removing our huge oak tree, mulch and then laying down new grass. We were very pleased!!!

These guys did a great job for us! Many times our trees look bare and ugly post a service but the expertise of these guys helped to trim the trees properly without making them look bare. Loved that they have an arborist who manages the work. I’d highly recommend.

Absolutely and highly recommend! Took care of my big job both front and back for an excellent price! The team busted their buttons all day long, and they were all friendly and professional! They did a great job cutting back the big old elm tree in the front yard, they trimmed up the oak near my neighbors house, cut down the two Chinese tallow trees that were causing problems, and took care of the big mulberry that was leaning out dangerously, taking up much of the yard. They cleared the debrie and hauled it all away! I am on the calendar for them to come check on old Grandfather Elm annually! I highly recommend this company!

The guys at Deer Park Arbor Specialist are great! Mark Sr. came out to quote us on a tree removal and stump grinding. Mark Jr. came out with his crew a few days later and did the job. They were wonderful with communicating and showed up on time. We will definitely use them again.

I recently used Deer Park Arbor for some work on my tree that is about 30 years old. They trimmed it and did an excellent job, and installed a cable on a specific branch to reinforce and add strength to it, as the branch was in some trouble. They walked me through the what they would trim, came and asked me if it was to my liking, and trimmed anything else I asked for before putting up their equipment. When they installed the cable they explained it to me and what it would look like before installing. Mark also followed up with me after a few bad weather conditions to make sure the cabling was still holding up. Mark and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them for any tree service needs.
