Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back.
Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

Personable and professional. James who handled my repair after a hail storm is top notch. He informed me of what the process would be like handling an insurance claim and everything he communicated was exactly how it all happened. The work was scheduled and completed as it was communicated to me. Absolutely glad I went with Deer Park Roofing. Supporting a family owned and local business is great for the community and great for me as I have a brand new quality installed roof that should last for years.

I cannot recommend Image Roofing more, both in general but especially if you're dealing with an insurance claim. Shayne is extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain anything and answer the endless amount of questions I had about everything, and he was both helpful and patient through a very drawn out process thanks to an insurance company.

They did an amazing job on the roof, and they were able to get all of the decking and roof completely replaced in a day and a half. In the end I ended up learning a lot and my new roof looks great. Really, I can't recommend them more.

Jimmie Lawless was flawless! Due to a tornado, my roof needed to be replaced and solar panels managed in order to fix my roof. Jimmie and his team worked with the insurance company, found me other solar companies, offered suggestions and alternatives, and did all the legwork. I highly recommend Image Roofing and Jimmie!

Image Roofing was was extremely helpful when we discovered we had a leak around the chimney. They came out the next day to inspect the roof. They were honest about the damage, and had our roof fixed in less than a week for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Image Roofing for anyone in the Deer Park, La Porte, Pasadena area.

My wife and I were at our wits end when dealing with our insurance companies claim denial for wind damage. Shayne helped walk us through our options and answered all of our questions. Once it was time to replace our roof his crew was professional and Shayne addressed all of our concerns. Our roof turned out great and is a much better product than the original builder installed. Owner, Shayne Kohn and his job site manager, Matt Montgomery and their many hardworking men did an outstanding job with the removal and replacement of our roof due to the March hail storm. From making sure our pool was covered to the thorough cleanup afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (God forbid) if we needed another roof in our lifetime. Thanks Guys!
