“Manager” that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to help me with a receipt under my name. I asked several times for his name and the corporate office and he refused to give it. He finally gave me the number after I called several times. When I called corporate they said he should have been able to help me. Bad attitude!

summer in texas (100+ degrees), the fan goes out on the ac compressor. i ordered the fan motor off the net, but after installing it, realized that it had taken the capacitor with it when it blew. home depot did not have them in stock and would have to order it. ( a 12 dollar part) Lockes had them. there wasn't much for the kid behind the counter to do, i had the part number and the one that i took off. 60 dollars for a capacitor that is 10 to 15 all day long on the net @ supply centers. These people will rip you off. cheaper to put in a window unit from walmart, and wait 3 to four days for parts from the net.

Went in looking for a booster for a tankless water heater. Waited for someone to help me, but when someone came up and I started to explain what I needed, the phone rang and the employee picked up and started talking with the person on the phone without any indication that he would be back with me in a second. I turned around and left.

It was my first time here. Very impressed with the items they stock. They have just about everything and anything you need and if they don't have it they will order it for you. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Nobody else had or could sell me what i needed. The knowledgeable gentleman at the counter helped me pick out the capacitors I needed, was very friendly and made my buying experience effortless. I definitely will return in time when I need anything hvac pluming or electrical related.

Hours said open until 12. Lights on, people outside showing up and no one is here. What’s up? Is that how you run your business? You have 10 people sitting in the parking lot at 10:41 on Saturday. Change your hours if you don’t feel like working. What a joke.

Very helpful, the Hispanic gentleman with glasses in Electrical, ask what’s needed, makes a list and gathers it himself, I haven’t had anyone else do that here when I come to get material.

Visited the store, spoke with the Plumbing Manager about a bathtub issue (over flow and main drain replacement). He knew exactly the base kit needed, walked over to the kit section, pulled one out and discussed the parts in detail and other metal finish options.

Jayson was so great, he installed an outlet for us and didn’t even mind that our greyhound “helped” the entire time! Quick and easy, will definitely be calling him again.
