We hired them for a move out clean, I confirmed with the person who answered the phone whether they would be cleaning bathroom tiles, windows and etc. However, all they did was dust the blinds, dust the ceiling fans, vacuum brand new carpet and “mopped” the bathroom floor (which looks exactly the same before they came to clean. I had cleaned it about halfway and you can still see the demarcation where I had left off cleaning). They charge $350 for the move-out clean but all they did was vacuum and dust. I called and asked why they had not cleaned the rest of the house and of course, after they charged me they are saying that these are all extra services that I need to pay separately on top. For each window they want $10, for each blind they want $5. If I had known this was the level of service they would render, I would have never used them to begin with. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone uses this company. It would have been better for me to do everything myself.

I had three girls come out and they did a great job. .Ally and Melody and for the life of me I can’t remember the third girls name - but they all worked hard and I was happy with the result. Super clean and super quick!

Chyenne and Tonya took care of our move out cleaning and they were simply outstanding. Professional, friendly, efficient. Five stars all around.

WONDERFUL! Marticia and Presley always take great care of us. They do everything from our office, clubhouse, other amenities, AND our model apartment. Very pleased with their results and willingness to do anything that is needed. Kind and friendly when they come in. Extremely happy to have them here at our site!

UPDATE: one day different Pros cleaned our house. They scratched up the glass shower enclosure. While we know it was an accident, MaidPro Denton has accepted responsibility, their insurance carrier reported this damage is NOT covered under their policy, and the new owner refuses to even COMMUNICATE with us to get the damages fixed. Since my original review, we have STOPPED USING MAIDPRO DENTON!!!

Angie and Denise are an amazing team! They are professional, personable, and provide an amazing clean. When they leave after cleaning my house, they leave true happiness and sunshine behind for me to enjoy!!!

I have had multiple experiences with MaidPro of Denton. I have found that Allyson Olveda was by far the best maid the company has ever sent my way. I am genuinely impressed by her work and will be requesting her in the future. Highly recommend!

I am a new customer never used this kind of service before, BUT. Connie and Cheyenne were amazing- they were so attentive to details and went out of the way. Very impressed with their professionalism and communication, also there knowledge how to and what to, not everyone can clean a home RIGHT but these women and this company I Very highly recommend trust me you get what you pay for. The intro start price was kinda high on my budget, but I got what I paid for..TRUST THAT. That is why I will do business with them again. If it is not right Haley in the Denton area and her other Management Team in the area Make it Right. I like that also. Haley is a big help to this company.

Caroline and Erika did a wonderful job. The process was so easy- from scheduling, to the confirmation call, to the day of service. The ladies were personable, prompt and cleaned our home with care. This was such a treat for me as a working mom. I look forward to the next time!

Chyenne comes and cleans my house often and I absolutely love having her around. She’s super friendly and very polite and ALWAYS does a fantastic job, even goes out of her way to do a little extra. Super awesome highly recommend her.

Sadie and Mia came to deep clean my new office space (an old Denton house) that badly needed it. Both ladies were very kind and professional, arrived early, and did a wonderful job. They cleaned surfaces I wouldn’t have even thought to touch, their checklist is very helpful too. Thanks y’all!

I had been needing some help for months as a mom and a professor. I just could not stay on top of it all. I called several different companies and found Hanna at MaidPro the friendliest and quickest to respond. She got me set up with reoccurring cleanings and Ive been a lot less stressed since. Brian comes every week and is amazing. He is very zen, thorough, attentive to our needs, respectful, does small things to show he cares, and is so sweet to our 17 year old lab. Chyenne & Nikki are an amazing team that work so good together. There’s 2 of us & 4 dogs. 2 big dogs. 1 is a Shepherd so it sheds constantly then there’s water on the floor in the kitchen from the dogs drinking the water. You have people & dogs in & out all day so the floors muddy up. My floors are challenging but my team is thorough professional & will not leave until the house looks 100% I would recommend them to my family friends…

Today Bailey cleaned our home, she-arrived on time, then got to cleaning she was very efficient, Bailey had to clean complete house I highly recommend Maidpro

MaidPro was very upfront with their prices. I called on a Thursday and they came out on Monday. They performed a deep-clean and did a great job. The two ladies that showed up were very friendly, their names were Connie and Cheyenne. They were very pleasant and respectful as my wife and I were both working remotely because of COVID. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing a deep clean or regular cleaning service.

Had a great experience, from setting up the appointment from the people in the office and the cleaning team. Both Kaitlin and Kyrstin did a fantastic job on time and made the place spotless. Would recommend to anyone with a brain.

We asked MaidPro to come in and clean our new home so we wouldn’t have the dust and debris from construction. Scheduling with the Pros at MaidPro Denton was a breeze! I wanted to gift a cleaning to my friend and it was so much easier than I expected. Hannah, the manager, got the cleaning scheduled for the same week I called. Kaitlin and Brian, the cleaning pros, did an AMAZING job! My friend was so pleased with the surprise and was so so happy to have such a clean house. Would definitely recommend the crew at MaidPro to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the Denton area.

So grateful for a monthly clean that I don't have to worry about scheduling each month! They send a reminder email so you don't forget when your maid is going to show up (usually about 3 days ahead of your appointment). I've had to reschedule a couple times and Hannah always makes it work and is so friendly through email.

They were so understanding when we took a pause in 2020 due to COVID and we never felt rushed to start back up. That said, maids are still wearing masks to their appointments, which is so appreciated!

We've had Lyndsey quite a few times and she does a great job – please keep sending her to us!

My husband and I have been with MaidPro since January and so far we are very happy. Chyenne and Connie are the team most recently at our house and they are very thorough and professional and good at communicating if there is a question or issue. Before Chyenne & Connie, we also had a great experience with Brian & Liberty. Overall the teams MaidPro sends seem to be top notch.

We came to MaidPro after our regular housekeeping service of years went out of business & our standard was very high, but we’ve been very pleased.
