Amazing tech, Toby was very informative showing me the issues of my HVAC unit, had the estimate readily available so I didn't have to wait in dread of the possible repair costs. Turned out the repair cost were very reasonable and not a big sticker shock like most repairs tend to be. Toby took the time to go over everything, he was very personable and knowledgeable.

I have been using Best Aire for about 20 years now. Richard and Chris have been together for over 30 years now. Over the years they have worked on my old units and installed a new outdoor Heat Pump unit as well as my indoor heating unit.
I referred a lady to Best Aire, another company quoted her over $700 and Richard showed up and it ended up being under $100 and the unit has worked every since.
They just repair a shorted wire on my outdoor unit, which required some troubling shooting. I couldn't be more happy with their service.
I have found when it comes to their employees, Best Aire believes in the character and skill of an individual they hire over of quantity they might have working for them.

We recently had Best Air come by to look at our heating system to see why the fan would never shut off. They sent Kenny & Bailey. Both were very knowledgeable about the system and how it worked. They were able to answer any questions I had. Both were professional and I would recommend them for your next repair or service need!
