Let me start by saying that we had a choice when it came to selecting an HVAC Contractor to perform new equipment installation in our residence. From the moment we met with Sales Rep Jim Donnelly, we knew that we were on the right path. The sales and selection process ran so smoothly. Within a week, an installation team arrived at our home and within approximately four hours, our first floor unit was installed, running flawlessly and providing steady, quiet and forceful cold air.

As luck would have it, a few times afterwards, our condensate lines backed-up and the new unit immediately stopped working as it is designed to do. Once again, one call to Triple A A/C and Technicians we’re immediately dispatched. In a few short hours, they arrived at our home had us up and running in no time. One Service Technician in particular, James Baldanza, went above and beyond. He climbed across insulations/rafters, traced the condensate line approximately 30’ into a sweltering attic (above 120 degrees), made multiple PVC modifications, cleared blockages and restored condensate water flow. In all, James spent nearly two and a half hours working on the issue and did so with a smile on his face. THIS … is an HVAC company that we will be doing business with for years to come! The Neff Family stands behind their Word and their work. Two things that are hard to come by these days anymore. Great Job by all!

After spending nearly 3 hours on the phone to locate a company that would come out and take care of a problem I had with a heating and cooling room air unit, Triple A was recommended. I had made contacts with several other A/C establisments and none would offer to help. Keith Neff promptly called me back and in a short time 2 technicians were at my home and removed the faulty unit and took it back to their shop. I have confidence they will keep their word and return with the repaired unit tomorrow. I am favorably impressed.

Started with the assessment which consists of a load calculation for sizing. Made the upgrade to the 2 stage cooling and furnace, as well as new duct work. The majority of the install took one full day. When the system had issues after being installed, Kyle and Brian were quick to fix. It is such a relief finding an HVAC company that I can rely on for accurate and sincere advice!

I was referred to Triple A ten years ago and in all that time they have been consistently reliable, professional, and courteous. The level of customer service they provide, from talking with Phyllis in the office to Dustin keeping my HVAC system in peak condition, is top notch. I can honestly say that I trust Triple A when it comes to this important component of my home.

While we were on vacation, the person checking our house noticed the upstairs unit wasn't working. She called Triple A Air Conditioning. & they quickly came in, made the repair, checked the other unit, and cleaned up. We returned to a cool home. Had she not told me, I never would have known as there was nothing in disarray. This isn't the first time I've called them and had great service. My first experience was a botched repair from the home warranty AC company 10 years ago. Triple A came in and did it like it should have been done the first time. They've been MY AC company ever since!

Dustin and Phyllis worked kindly and efficiently to help us find the best system for our needs. When we found out our furnace was leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide, they found a way to fit us into the schedule right away, the week of Thanksgiving! Dustin helped us determine the most efficient system at the best price and measured every room in our home to make sure we got the correct size for our space. And when we explained our financial situation, they were able to offer us no-interest financing for one year, same as cash - that saved us. During install the technicians found that our main vent was never properly hooked up to our ducts, and they addressed the issue at no extra charge! Our new Lennox system is SO much quieter and heating more evenly through the house - now that our ducts are actually connected! And as a bonus, we were invited to join their Thanksgiving office party and pick up a free fried turkey - which was delicious! Highest recommendation for an all-around great company of caring people.

I got a quote from another AC repair place and they said everything needs to be replaced for a cost of 10,000 so I called Triple A to get a second opinion. Bryan Ardins came out and said my filter was really dirty so he replaced it then noticed the upstairs thermostat was off and said that I need to keep it on so it doesn't overwork the downstairs unit. He said everything else was working fine and at this time there was no need to replace anything. The AC is working great again. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there.

I recently had the ancient HVAC system in my home replaced. I shopped around and decided to go with Triple A and couldn’t be happier with my decision. They were great from the first phone call all the way through the install. One of the reasons I chose them was the professionalism that Chris displayed when he came out and wrote up the the estimate. He’s the only one that came in the house and did his own square footage measurements to see what size system I would need for my home which turned out to be lower than I thought it was. This good experience continued when Pete and his team arrived arrived for tear out and install. Pete’s and his team were friendly, polite and efficient and worked very well together, I was amazed at how quickly they completed the job. Thank you Triple A!

You can call just about any A/C company and get good service. If you want GREAT service call Triple A. Justin called us right back after calling in late on the weekend. He was able to set us up early the very next day. Kyle came out and did a great job and was very informative. Great job!!!

We absolutely LOVE our new AC/Heater unit! Triple A Air conditioning is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. Every aspect of this business is superior from the sales to installation to maintenance and customer service. We're staying cool and happy now that we have an adequate AC unit and it's starting to heat up outside!

Trey did a good job diagnosing a heater exchange leak and giving us options. We were able to replace the heater under warranty which saved us a lot of money. Work was professional and performed satisfactory. Would have given 5 stars if Triple A proactively looked up the warranty info prior to quoting the repair. I had to look it up myself and ask that they check it which they did. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for a $1500 part. Despite that, very happy with the service and Trey and Dustin did a great job.

Triple AAA has the best customer service ever! These guys are extremely customer focused. Always easy to schedule, prompt, polite technicians like Trey and Tyler are awesome to work with.

They really take the time to discuss repairs and the pricing is very fair.

Triple A Air Conditioning is prompt and courteous. I work for a small nonprofit and we have had air conditioning problems for years. We had called three or four other A/C servicing companies and was sent around in circles and not told about any documents that needed to provided nor were we contacted concerning an appointment. From the beginning, Triple A told us exactly what we needed and kept us updated on when the guys were going to come in and what they were going to do. Our technician Trey was incredible! He was able to catch the fact that we had wiring issues, and made sure to schedule an appointment the minute our electricians were finished. Not only did he do a thorough job of making sure all of our units were working, he grabbed a vacuum and cleaned up the mess from underneath the ceiling tile. Now that's customer service. We are so happy with all of the service they have given us and will be happy to call them again in the future for any issues that may arise.

My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received for the crew at Triple A Air Conditioning. Dustin and his team were very responsive and installed a complete system one day after we contacted them. They were even gracious enough to bring us a portable room air conditioner that we used until our new system was up and running. We would highly recommend Triple A Air Conditioning.

This company is NOT interested in servicing older equipment; they only want to sell you a $10+K system. After nearly a week of no AC in 100+ degree weather and them sending out a sales guy twice; I practically had to beg them to fix my my "old system." Stupidly I agreed to the repairs which was them simply replacing a $20 capacitor and then charging me $500 for it.

We had Triple A go look at our rental home due to thermostat not functioning properly. Dustin was the service technician that went to look at our unit. He advised that the gas valve and thermostat had to be replaced. The valve replacement would be about $600.00 and the thermostat $285.00. After thinking it over we called another company to get a 2nd opinion and advised the valve was perfectly fine it was just the thermostat that needed to be replaced and it would be $150.00. Which was reasonably priced. With this company inspect what you expect. They had previously came out for a AC issue and the guy stated he cleaned the drain out when he didn't.

We found a leak near our water meter mere hours before expected extended sub-freezing temperatures. I called them just before 4pm, and they had it fixed before it got dark that evening. JJ was a total pleasure to work with. Not only did he repair the leak, but he gave us advice about how to best prepare for the coming freeze!

We have had great experiences with Triple A Air Conditioning in all the years we've used them. They are very friendly, responsive, professional, and go out of their way to make sure all of our units are in good shape. Scheduling with them is very easy and they are great at communicating their arrival time and which technician will show up, always arriving on time! All the technicians that have come to our house have been knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything clearly. We are also impressed by their honesty—there is never any pressure to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

It's hard to find reliable HVAC companies these days, but Triple A Air Conditioning really stands out for their integrity and quality of work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Irving area looking for trustworthy air conditioning service!
