The entire team is very respectful, professional and good at updating and communicating . Technician alex is fast and reliable and was on time every service that we had needed help with. I highly recommend this company if u are needing services done.

A wonderful experience was all the help I got from the Prodigy team! Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a walk in cooler that was completely down and we were about to loose product. we had submitted a ticket request and they were on time and fixed the cooler the same day and all of our product was Saved! Overall very impressed with their commitment to going the extra mile!
