I have been using different parts houses around the DFW metroplex for 22 years now. It’s very rare to experience such amazing customer service. I’ve never used Reece as they are new to our area. My first experience has been top notch! This store is ran by Andrea and she goes the extra mile to make sure you feel appreciated and taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment I was purchasing, and she had informed answers for my questions and real solutions for any future tech support or warranty problems I or my customers might run into.
If you are an HVAC contractor like myself, you know the need for partners in your vendors, you don’t just need counter guys to ring you up. Partners are understanding of our symbiotic relationship and this store seems to get it.
Go into the store if you have any plumbing or hvac needs and give them a chance. They will do everything they can to earn and keep your business!!!!

Yall had about 5 trucks and 25 men working on a property next door to me and none of those grown men can pick up the trash after themselves.. lazy

Be carful hiring these people. They will really try and screw you by overbilling. They say they will only bill for the hours a tech is onsite but they will try and bump up their hours way up. Will never use again.
